Looking for that Caliper & Exhaust Logo

I've seen it somewhere, someday. Presumably my very first day of KSP. Seemed to be Hammer & Sickle at first, but turned out to be a caliper and rocket exhaust.

Fell in love immediately, but never came across that logo again... which makes it difficult to ask whether I might have it.

Does anyone here know what I mean and could point me to the right person?
