Add Staging Delays

I'd like to see staging delays that you can insert into the staging list. For example:

In a single stage have a separatron on an SRB. The sepratron fires and then 500 ms later the SRB fires.

would love to have this! could be controlled by a simple text field that shows up next to the staging icon when you right click. you then type the number of seconds you want that part delayed by.

you could automate the entire launch sequence this way (minus the steering).

*edit. you could even automate the steering with time delayed seperatrons!

I like the idea but I can't think of any applications that can't already be used via normal staging.

Just a few off the top of my head:

- Parachutes on dropped boosters delayed to avoid interference with clean separation

- SRB deorbiting engines on circularization stages, gives the payload time to move out of the exhaust

- Dropping missiles out of payload bays, they could ignite once clear of the vessel (not my kind of thing but I know others might like it)

you could also fly through a launch sequence and record all the staging times. then go to the VAB and put timers on the stages now you can fly your launch sequence with timed auto-staging.

and before any one says it, its NOT mechjeb, the player must calculate and set the timers. it just adds a little bit of automation for fun.

combine this with putting action groups in the staging list and fun ship design times AHOY!

(the Soyuz launch sequence is timed and operates without crew input...)
