Your weirdest/hardest/best contract!

Remembering the funds update, whats your the most epic contract? As im progressing in my 0.25 career, just got this.

Asteroid redirection mission, capture an E class (yes, E class...) asteroid and redirect it to eve! Ill get one million funds in advance (im playing on hard difficulty, i get only 30-40% of funds, science and rep) and i will get another million when ill complete it!

Im starting to wonder why I even accepted...

I'll go with my best (and most recent) mission, a a Fine-Print Duna Base Contract.

I so enjoyed designed and flying the Duna base mission. now I'm going to have to do more.

Build a Base on Duna for 6 kerbals, include power, communications and research bay (Fine Print)

All of a sudden my test a sepratron while splashed down doesn't seem that bad.

Yeah, mine had to have docking ports as well, I slipped some juniors upside down under the tanks so that I can connect a rover (with an upwards facing port on it's snout/back)

but the rover will be going separately, hopefully with a Duna-Plane of some kind.

My most memorable if not epic was test the mark 55 radial mount at 2100 to 3300 meters at 420 m/s plus. I spent probably 6 hours building spaceplanes based on SRB's til I finally gave up and built a couple rockomax 16's with mainsails strapped to them and figured out that I can launch sideways off the Launchpad. I couldn't even see the rocket for the supersonic effects when I finally finished the test and got my measly 21k payout.

I had one in 0.24 to capture an E-class and place it on a Kerbol Escape trajectory. It seems they didn't want these things hanging around the system. I never did finish that one before 0.25 came out. Heck, I never even did the first burn to do a Kerbin slingshot.

Your ship looks a little underpowered to even nudge an E, let alone get it to Eve! Are you going via LKO?

I currently have a class D on a trajectory to take it to Jool. . .

My second most lucrative was establishing a 6 Kerb base on Laythe, my design was pretty minimal but furfilled the specs required!

I have also accepted one to get a Class C round Pol. . . haven't even started that one.

I also got a "plant a flag on Eve" mission after landing a probe there. Damnit game, I'm not that good!

Most fun previously?

An aerial survey waypoint at a maximum altitude of 2,500m in the middle of the west KSC mountains. Found a slot valley with a 2,450m floor.

Eleven kerbals? Nah, not that many have disappointed me THAT much to be put on the purple prison...

In theory if I just dropped 3 hitchhiker containers on eve with a research station, an antenna, power, and a docking port, it'd count, hey, it can support eleven kerbals, it doesn't need that many inside to prove it!

It needs a name though...

Needless to say, I didn't accept this one.

(also, the bold text explaining what it is says "zero" kerbals on the surface of Eve... oops)
