Trying to locate a mod

I'm trying to locate the name of a mod. I was watching a let's play a few days ago, and the person filming it had a mod that upgraded the internals of the command pods and modules so that they could be interacted with. Even included buttons for quick bindings. Any idea what the mod is called? I cannot seem to find it anywhere.
