Is it possible to get an actual navball in real life?

I kind of want to get a real navball like the one in the game and hook it up to my car (because that would awesome ). I can't seem to find anything about it on google that doesn't just talk about the ones in the game. I'm just wanting something that would always point in the same direction.

A digital display would probably cheaper than a physical one, I assume, and can work with GPS.

Just searched eBay for second hand artificial horizons and got almost 200 results ranging a few dozen dollars for several thousand.

No idea if those parts still work. Or how to make them work. But they are not that had to find.

sombody hacked one together with a pico projector, a fisheye lense, a frosted glass sphere, and some 3d printed parts. swap out the graphics and you could render a nav ball on the thing:
