I'm looking for something like Gemini, because now it almost impossible to fly craft without pilot's (jeb) skills, so i need capsule that i can put pilot and scientist together.

Don't do anything unnatural and ugly. This capsule is exactly what you asked for. Looks like Gemini, holds two Kerbals, fits 1.25m parts, and has a stockalike aesthetic to match the rest of the game. I love it.

I too would recommend this.

Or alternately you can go Russian with the Tantares mod.

The Soyuz analog is also a 1.25 2 man pod and is available at the same tech node as the Gemini analog in the other mod

Hah! thats quite the operation...

But in all seriousness, Tantares is exactly what you are looking for. Has a low tech-2 kerbonaut pod. It also looks gorgeous! I've started a hard mode career with that, DRE and InterstellarLS and it's been a blast. The costs are a bit unbalanced but I just did a big overhaul of the whole mod for my game to balance with stock I can give the cfg if you want.
