Granted. They don't upgrade the Saturn V or Apollo spacecraft and are only able to go to equatorial lunar landing spots. The public looses intrest and forces NASA to be shut down by the government.

I wish the Space Shuttle was better than it was; wishing it was the 2STO two piggyback on a plane style.
