Tyrred
Hello all, I've been playing version 0.23.5 since May 2014 and want to get started on a 0.90 game without losing anything from what I already have. What is the best way to install a new version separately without conflicting with an older one?My specs:Kerbal Space Program - 0.23.5.464 (WindowsPlayer)OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bitCPU: AMD Athlon II X2 245 Processor (2)RAM: 8192GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 (1974MB)SM: 30 (Direct3D 9.0c [nvd3dum.dll 9.18.13.3750])The game was bought from kerbalspaceprogram.com and uses the KSP launcher (not steam).Any help would be appreciated.Cheers! Stone Blue
Just put your KSP_win folders in separate folders.ie C:\KSP 0.23\KSP_win, and say, C:\KSP 0.90\KSP_win, for example...They will not overlap at all...I have had 4 different KSP installs at once: /KSP Stock/KSP_win, /KSP Slightly Modded/KSP_win, /KSP Modded/KSP_win, and /KSP Test/KSP_win .... with no overlap between them Edited January 2, 2015 by Stone Blue
bigyihsuan
Yes, just put your versions in different folders, your computer specs mean nothing in this case, as it's just a folder copy-and-paste.
