If that can actually land on Tylo, then 9/10! (Minus 1 point just because it just looks like a brick.)

Meanwhile - been working on a BSG Viper. Can legit get to orbit - JUST! It usually winds up at 72-74KM with around 10% fuel left. Needs a refueling station (or a handy Battlestar) to park and refuel at for further space operations.
