  1. 1. Pilot Episode is kicking off! What sort of things do you want me to incorporate in future videos?

    • More Crafts! (May influence coverage time)
    • Special effects (Bling out the video)
    • Montage parody incorporation
    • More in depth coverage (less crafts shown)
    • Cinematics/New Video style (Time-Consuming)

I wouldn't hold your breath.

..grumpyJim

Fear not! After TWO weeks of development (increased from the former one) I have finally completed the video! It is 8minutes of GLORY!

I'll render it tomorrow, im very tired.

tbh, these are harder to make than montage parodies, simply because of the amount of time spent recording and cutting footage.

:D :D :D

Energia with Buran orbiter MK 2, SSTO capable.

Action groups 1 and 2 toggle engines of Energia and zenits, its the olny way to control its pitch.

Warranty void if Buran´s engines are used while still attached to the booster stage.

Ill give this one its own post seen as its kinda complicated, still the craft i am most proud of.

Guess it would go in the rover category.

Some pictures of the launch system carrying the command beetle to the Mun.

Love this picture, 20km off the muns surface, notice how much resources i have left in my carrier stage by this point, i did waste fuel using the main sail too.

Download link: Command beetle mk4 (With launch system)

http://www./download/oq...ystem%29.craft

Description:

This mobile base carries its own processing lab with room for all the science equipment you could ever ask for, up to 7 kerbals (2 nerds 4 decoys and a trusted pilot)

it will travel at 20m/s on the muns surface under electric power (Wheels) and comes equipped with emergency landing gear for take off/landing or when you decide to do some sick jumps.

It is also a reliable VTOL, capable of flying without SAS, it burns fuel evenly and the centre of mass does not change, mainly for de orbiting purposes and making sick jumps into insane jumps.

Action groups

1 Toggle VTOL Engines

2 Toggle side ladders/ladder lights

3 Toggle interior lights

4 Toggle head lights

(5 and 6 only apply to the carrier stage on the rocket)

5 Toggle nukes

6 Toggle main sail

Launch system flight instructions: (Not tested on FAR or NEAR)

On launch you will need to hover over the mk1 cockpit and select "control from here", hit the SAS, throttle up to 90% and launch, do not touch the controls on this first stage just let SAS do all the work here, at around 10,000m throttle up to 100%, you will need to jettison the first stage of lifting rockets at around 12,500 meters, once you start gaining speed again lower your throttle to 90% and bring the nose down to 80 degree on the nav ball, continue at this climb until the next stage is out of fuel at 35,000m.

From here on out there should be no problems you will encounter, this rocket is a bully for delta V, the carrier stage will get you to most destinations.

Landing speeds for the command beetle (Known)

Kerbin: 15m/s vertically

Mun: 30m/s vertically (When jumping along the horizon landing at 40-50m/s is easily doable, takes some skill but doable)

Minmus: 30m/s vertically (you bounce too high if you go any faster down)

Here is a Rover, Although its more of a car.

It is called the Alpha Luke 156. And because you probably don't know, its based off of an Alfa Romeo 156.

Due to the conviniently placed center of mass, its easy to put on a big rocket that can go to another planet/moon and land it there even if you are an utter pillock like me!

pih38PS.png

Specs without any external or internal modifications and/or anomalies on Kerbin:

Top Speed: about 21.4 m/s

Handling: it will keep on the ground like a rug hugger munchkin.

Crashing head-on into the side of the VAB: don't even bother, last time i tried, every bit was intact.

Surviving an attack from a wild Panther Tank: probably too low to get hit at close range.

Price: atleast 217.000 funds because of 99% safety, and import tax from the Kerbin version of Italy.

Well done for finishing the first video. A few issues first, you didn't stick to your original video idea in your first post.

You didn't actually review any of the craft you just sploded them. If you use any of my craft please don't do this. It would be better to pick, say three craft per video and do an in depth review of them. Also, contact the maker first to find out how the craft is designed to be used.

I found the video quite jarring. The Spunik launch especially..

YES! You reviewed my plane. :*) Thank you. I'm not sure why it kept blowing up on you. It works perfectly fine on my computer. It also said in the instructions not to pitch too hard or it flips out. But that's fine, it made for a much funnier video! :D

An almost perfectly crafted video. If I was being ultra critical I would say the text went a bit too fast but liked the comedy aspect of it a lot! Moar!!

Edit: Lol, I noticed you pressed space to release the first load of bombs when the plane was still on the runway and the cargo doors were closed. :D I'm surprised it held together!

Alright I'll see what I can do. It's very hard to pull myself out of my destructive nature. Just out of curiosity, what would you consider an in depth review? (of planes or rockets)

I don't meant to sound rude. So don't be sad. You listed a few ways to review the craft in your first post. That was my point.

I would prefer sticking to the comedic nature myself. It is what KSP is all about and I enjoy it. I don't think you should be as critical as Jim suggests but some more in-depth reviewing would be nice at the end of the video. Like a short recap summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of the crafts.
