Missing Stock Squad Parts

In my modded game I have lost the stock Squad rocket parts but have them in the un-modded version.

How can I find what mod is overwriting them?

Did you accidentally delete the folder? In your GameData folder there should be a folder called Squad. If it is gone, you can simply copy paste it from your un-modded version.

Do you have Janitor's Closet installed?  If so, did you hide the Squad parts in the mod filter?

The mod filter is a feature of Janitor's Closet. Can you post a screenshot of your GameData Folder?

Do you have SSTU installed? It hides some parts, if I remember correctly, by the way of custom patch files in the mod's folder. Also Ven's Stock Overhaul makes some parts look very different so you might think they're not there if you try to locate them visually.
