  1. MechJeb2 2.3.1.0 build 338 (dev version) was recompiled for 0.25. I don't think there will be updates to the current version, offhand.... (I included the reference to the comment where the dev version was posted. Hope that's OK.)
  2. NecroBones just made a few updates for KSP 0.25 compatibility. Modular Rocket Systems Parts Pack is upgraded to 0.7: https://kerbalstuff.com/mod/148/Modular_Rocket_Systems_-_Parts_Pack Zero Point Inline Fairings is upgrade to 0.5: https://kerbalstuff.com/mod/196/Zero%20Point%20Inline%20Fairings Zero Point Inline Fairings LITE, also at version 0.5: https://kerbalstuff.com/mod/228/Zero-Point%20Inline%20Fairings%20Lite A couple more updates from other authors: Resource Overview is upgraded to v.1.0.1.0: https://kerbalstuff.com/mod/186/Resource%20Overview Fine Print is upgraded to 0.59: https://kerbalstuff.com/mod/81/Fine%20Print
  3. A Procedural Solar Panel mod, that allowed for thin film solar panels to be applied to either flat or curved surfaces, would be kinda neat....
  4. Sorry. RLA Stockalike is up to version 11.3: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/90218
  5. According to KerbalStuff, Contract Window + and RLA Stockalike have been updated to 0.25.
  6. If you can use EVA Follower to make Kerbals follow a leader, and set up waypoints along the way, that suggests one could go one step further and set up waypoints without a leader to establish them--at least in theory.
  7. You're bluffing. The Mun isn't a planet. NO NO WAIT DON'T RE-AIM AT KERBIN HAVE ALL THE DUNA BARS PLEASE.
  8. I KEEP HEARING THESE POSTS IN SCOTT MANLEY'S VOICE INSTEAD OF MONTGOMERY SCOTT'S. THE HYPE FIELDS ARE DISTORTING MY SCOTTISH GEEK REFERENCES.
  9. But... Plato's never rushin'.... (Get it? Rushin'? Russian? Ha ha? Oh forget it....)
  10. Given the nature of this Hype Train, I would've imagined Tolstoy would be more suitable....
  11. Or use Near Future Solar. It's got some MASSIVE solar panels. I'm using the Trio panels on my space station, and they're roughly twice as wide and three times as long as the Gigantor XLs. And that's not nearly the biggest panel in the set.
  12. Cute, but I'm really hoping that "female" Kerbals are not made into a huge fuss. It's one thing to encourage representation--and boy, do I want that--and another to introduce the kind of dynamics between genders that already exists here. Here, in RL, it's a mess, and it's hard to talk about what a mess it is without violating a few KSP forum rules, so I won't. In-game, I want to see a feminine face and that's about it. And with Texture Replacer, I already do.
  13. Someone might want an explanation. *ahem* So. From the Kerbal Space Program community on Google+--and thanks to Monkeysee in particular--I learned that fuel lines are strong like struts, but flexible like bungee cords. And another member of that community wondered if one could use the fuel lines, along with noodle rockets, to make a working claw. This was an experiment with that idea. I didn't bother to add any "actuators"--landing legs, which can push against other parts. I just wanted to test the structural integrity of this design, given that it's intentionally not rigid. I found it haunting, and a little disturbing. I think I lost it about five minutes in.
  14. *everyone on this thread* NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO--
  15. They're part of Whyren's Snacks Life Support parts, but zzz modeled the greenhouse and you can see it in other life support mods as well.
  16. Given that 0.25 is imminent, there may be no further updates to SkyPad 4A. But that's just as well. It can support up to 24 Kerbals indefinitely in orbit, and adding on will just kill FPS even worse.
  17. *throws her luggage onto the Hype Train* *watches the luggage block the smokestack* *averts her eyes from the imminent explosion* "Still wish I were on that train right now...."
  18. Ever since I started playing KSP, my body has decided that waking up before 5 AM is perfectly acceptable as long as I spend some time in space before leaving for work. My alarm is set for 6 AM. Sleep deprivation has become a way of life. It's almost like being back in college. And then the weekend comes and I want to sleep in due to all the missed sleep--except why waste time sleeping when I can be in orbit!? I've quit smoking, and I found that easier than dealing with a day without some KSP.
  19. Hmm, I've been thinking of dabbling in IVAs as there are a lot of great pods that have no IVA, or only have it blocked without texturing. So you get a reputation point just for making it easier for people like me to give it a go! (This will have to wait a few weeks as real life is being REALLY REAL right now, so someone might beat me to this--but if not, I might try to build out the IVA....)
