  1. Thank you guys- Thomas P. especially- for your replies. I understand completely. The work you do means a lot to us, and I'm sorry that I pressured you. I think I'm going to go be patient and take a walk. Have a great day!
  2. This is one of the most annoying things about Steam and KSP and the modding community- They have different ideas as to exactly what counts as an important release. Seriously, is there any harm in providing us with more betas?
  3. Are the Kopernicus devs going to wait to patch until the next hotfix- assuming that's coming soon- or can we expect to be able to use it for 1.5.1 here pretty soon? I'm anxious to start my new 1.5 GPP career save and Steam's not letting me roll back to 1.5.0. Short of being patient, what are we looking at here timewise?
  4. Wow! I love the new Mesbin! Now, for one big self-indulgent request: I've always wanted to see a world with most of the land at, say, 40 km altitude with huge canyons. Canyons so big that they stretch back down to, and sometimes below, level 0- giving lakes at the bottom. The canyons wouldn't be all too wide- 90% of the land is the plateau. The kicker being that the atmosphere ends at, say 30 km with Kerbin-like conditions at sea level... Call it Canyo while you're at it.

  6. Quick question- Are there additional detectable anomalies on the OPM worlds than the monoliths? I found one on Wal and I'm wondering if it's worth it to go down and investigate.(I have a full tech tree, nothing left to unlock)
  7. I really like this mod, and a few days ago I tried my hand at tweaking some code to make a Proteus analog for Neidon. It's not working at all, I assume due to the missing cache file. My current approach is copying Nissee and changing some variables. How would I best go about making this new body?
  8. What should I call the file? Anything specific? Edit: tried "Saba_CFG.cfg" and it did not work.
  9. Great, but where do I copy this in? I'm guessing right at the bottom, outside of all the braces.
  10. Hello! I recently started playing around with Kopernicus, and I find it a great and useful tool. However, I have not been able to get my texture to load! I am starting small, making my gas giant planet Saba(I posted it on the main subreddit). I have followed many tutorials, and checked to make sure it all looks right. The orbit color is right, the description is right, the size it right... It is supposed to have my texture(http://imgur.com/a/WTrx8), but it shows up in-game as a white orb. I'm pretty sure my file path is right. It is saved as a DDS file(although maybe not in the right place...?), but when I open it up in the Kopernicus file it is blank. I've narrowed it down to two issues. One, my files are all messed up. I don't really know how my files should be layered and what exactly they need to be called.(http://imgur.com/a/QTZJy) Hence the main file not finding the texture. Two, the texture itself is not working. Again, my DDS viewer works fine outside of the Kopernicus files and displays them great, but when I move them in and then open them it shows up blank. I even downloaded OPM just to look at the texture files, and interestingly I had the same problem. I cannot view them. So, any help would be appreciated on this! I just want to start making planets!
