Is it compatible with Outer Planets Mod?

Just noticed the lines on the CDL-3 hazmat decals if you zoom in closely. Nice easter egg!

Anyone know if this mod is compatible with SETI unmanned before manned? I see a compatibility warning on CKAN for it and wonder if its been tested.

TBH i've always had contract limits (weighted by difficulty) even on L3 with CC installed. I noticed the latest patch did, however, take away the setting to increase the available contracts on the settings menu. I now have a save where I've got 14 Exceptional contracts active with a max of 8.

Mentioned it before but the Biome studies contracts are broken because they include scanning surface features in specific biomes. Specifically, Surface features are not-biome dependent, therefore scanning them will not complete the respective task.

I have this issue constantly. Only noticed starting when I installed Better Time Warp. Never had it before. I've never used Waterfall.

Perhaps having each mini-objective provide a very small percentage of funds would bypass the logic?

To be fair I also get the same issue on the Field Research Mod as well where it tells me to do non-biome specific science while landed (surface feature scans). I'm unsure if there's anything that can be done about biome-specific contracts beyond prohibiting certain experiments from getting selected?

The atmosphere one looks to be sorted by individual objective so it's not an issue. It seems to me (disclaimer: not a programmer) that the overall hierarchy of the objectives for "Local Observation Flight" has them all fall under the same biome as compared to some other contracts (atmosphere testing) that lists every individual objective separately. Pics of both for comparison.

I am having the same problem with local observation flights. Specifically at Eve's Poles. Running temperature scans and even EVAs above the poles at high alt (but still below 90KM at Eve) does not work. I've tried all altitudes and even sent probes down to the surface. Screenshot attached

I have a problem where I have two contracts for Moho Biomes (Highlands/Canyon) that say recover or transmit Moho Stone and Wrinkle Ridge. For some reason these objectives are not completing despite having done scans of both and transmitting (I tried both in the Biome listed and other biomes, no difference). There are stock contracts that ask for me to complete them and those are working just fine, just not the Field Research items.
