The Death Star

1191 parts. 186.4 tons. Not as big as I would have liked but anything bigger probably wouldn't have been very practical.

It's quite roomy inside. There's a docking port on the south pole so you can transfer Kerbals inside where they are safe to EVA without floating out into space.

I used Editor Extension for this and crucially Part Angle display. Without Part Angle Display it would have been impossible. BTW, if you don't like the internals I made you can rip them out. The main structure wasn't built around them.
