You may have run out of memory. Use 64 bit version of KSP to get more.

@thekspbegginer he is running the 64 bit version

 

@Pars A quick look through the output log shows me that you have many versions of module manager installed, many of which are incompatible with KSP 1.3.0. I didn't look that far into the log, you definitely have many mods that are outdated. KSP mods are not compatible across versions, so they are probably the cause of the crashing. Uninstall all the out dated mods and see if it still crashes.

That's strange, I run some 1.2.2 mods on 1.3, Must be lucky.

pure part packs will work, almost all mods with plugins won't
