Message Duration settings

How about an option in the settings menu to adjust the length of time the pop-up messages stay on screen for?

@NFunky raised it in the discussion forum as a help due to a visual impairment, and I find i miss them too at times if I'm focusing on the navball or elswhere, and so I guess others may do too.

Seems like an ideal (and 'presumably' fairly simple) option to add to the 'settings' menu that could increase accessibility and user friendliness.

Or at least the functionality of One window, so you can go back and look at the logs of the messages.  Sometimes there's too much spam to read them all.
