Make the desert not the sun

With the new Desert runway i've noticed a big issue with the terrain. It's so bright I've crashed planes because I couldn't see the ground.

I've found the desert needs the ambient light slider toned down a tad. Not too bad for just parachuting down but if you're low flying over it, no way.

Too bad the game doesn't auto-ambient a bit to turn up the dark and dim the bright, but you can't have everything.

The desert has been like that for a long time. In the rare events anyone landed there during daylight, they would know this problem.
