I see, you are using the Smart Tank, not SmartParts (two different mods).

It seems to be a problem with Smart Tank, that mod doesn't put any resources into the tank in the editor, it appears to only do the resources on the launch pad.  I've posted there, hope to see an answer soon.

I've confirmed this problem is with the way the Smart Tank locks resources.  There's nothing I can do , you either have to not use Smart Tank, or remove the autosize option for the tank

Ok, I've been in touch with the mod author of SmartTanks, and he is going to see what he can do.  It will probably take a few days, though

Also, I notice that "Auto fit to TWR" is not enabled and the fuel amounts are visible. From my conversation with @linuxgurugamer I was under the impression that this was an issue of the fuel amounts not being visible. Can you please clarify exactly what problem you're having?

Just an FYI, I replicated the problem on my system.  I think his picture was more for me, trying to explain what was going on with it.

Russian language for me native and I know that in Russia KSP like.
Mod Smart Tank is very easy to use. The ability to" Auto fit to TWR " I turn off to ensure that the size of the tank does not change from the Launch pad connection

(I'm watching, but I don't have a Twitch account. Good show so far. And it looks like I need to update SmartTank to fit 1.875m engines.)

EDIT: I've signed out after the problem happened without SmartTank. Wife threatened to revolt unless we watch Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners.

Found another problem. Check "Look this resource...". Not installed in "by stage" mode. And not removed after installation when disabled "by stage". Also, the checkbox is not displayed on the part property.
