How KSP could change - Opinion

Scenario:

What if, the next day, NASA announces life has been discovered on Mars. The world starts to erupt in shock and confusion. And then more funding for new technology comes and then it's all the rage for space exploration. IF we discover life on Mars, or Europa, or ANYWHERE, should @SQUAD or @Private Division start adding alien life that you could discover in the soil or in the water from sampling? And should this be applied to KSP 2 as well? Thoughts?

As long as the discovery of life in KSP is limited to microbes, plants or, at a push, small crawly insect type bugs that limits the interaction to observation experiments, and relevent science then yes why not.

Intelligent life, or other civilisations is way out of scope IMHO.
