How to add image to post?

How to add image to post? This is so basic I am embarrassed to ask but I can not add a image to a post. How do I do this.

It's ok, pretty much everyone on the forums has asked this at some point. 

Just post your images on imgur, then right click said image. Select 'copy image address' then mosey on over to the forums. Click 'paste' and it will automatically embed. Hope this helps.

Omg, i been trying for months and i was just hitting the copy link and didn't work....thank you...

You need to right-click on the image and "Copy Image Location".

Which will give you something like this, with the file extension:
