Unlocked warp rates

Did they unlock warp rates because in my dev install i cant warp under a certain height, i remember hearing they unlocked warp rates i think in 1.9 but im not sure anymore

I have heard of no such thing.

I use WarpEverywhere. It is in a very elite class of "stock mods" that I install and still consider my game to be Stock.

I hear people really like Better Time Warp as well, but I like the install-and-forget-it aspect of WarpEverywhere. Plus W.E. is mine

Ya you can now warp at max speed as long as you are in orbit. Warp is still restricted if your PE is below the atmosphere and further restricted if you are close to the surface.
