so i saw that jet engines have 2 orders of magnatude higher than rocket engines

could we fly a plane to a high place and make it accelerate to smth like orbit speed and make its trajectory to about to orbit?

and then use rocket engines to circle the trajectory

It's possible but would not be easy to do. The higher you go the less effective a jet becomes because there's less air (oxidizer) for it to work with, and assuming that didn't stop the attempt, as it approached orbital speed the craft would start to experience extremely intense heating from passage through the atmosphere. It's an idea which would be extremely useful to pull off but there's great debate about whether it's achievable.  

Edit: I just realized you meant in-game.  It used to be possible but I haven't tried it for a long time and don't know if it still is, since big changes were made to the atmosphere and heat systems.

It used to be very possible in the pre-1.0 souposphere / airhogging days. The thinning atmosphere could be compensated for by adding more air intakes, so people did things like this (the black things are old air intake models) and managed to get ridiculous high-atmospheric performance from jet engines:

Nowadays I think the engines themselves have thrust limits based on altitude (I think that's what they changed, don't take my word without checking though), so that doesn't work anymore.
