Heh, no coincidence. It was through studying pics of your mods that gave me the idea of making whole fuselage sections with P-Wings. The surprising part is how stable they work in flight.

indeed, i thought my creations would tear apart and blow up, but with a few struts placed in strategic places (and sometimes no struts at all, p-wings really are sturdy) you get a really great looking design that flies beautifully.

I don't want to ruin everything or something, but isn't this thread made to share your crafts? Not to discuss how stable wings are... Although, what mods are you guys using? The planes you create are indeed awesome!

You're too kind! Honestly, if I didn't make it, there were several others whose threads got integrated into this one. One of those would've come along.

That V-22. The only reason I hate the V-22 is because it replaced the CH-46.

But, I do apreciate the work behind such a peice of art. Though, did you know that the POTUS is not allowed to fly in the Osprey? Too dangerous. Love it.

It is fat though. Wish my computer could run KSP with B9. So sad.

So here's a craft I whipped up, out of love for the Oshkosh HEMTT.

Top speed about 21 m/s, but it loves to tip over at that speed, so I wouldn't reccomend it.

If you don't know what the HEMTT is, here's what I based it on:

And, just for stupidity's sake, I added a feature Jeb would be proud of:

ATTACK!

Successful hit! Range on those missiles is about 3.2km. Spread over about 100 meters when hitting the ground.

Centre engine cutout on stage 1 and 2, ullage, retro, interstage, 5 ALSEP, 2 kerbal rover (that`s as much fun to drive as the real one). Launcher and CM needs stretchy tanks and the CM needs stupid_chris`s Realchutes. Lander, rover etc is stock.

All of these planes fly, and fly well, i took inspiration from mareczex333's work and techniques.
