  1. I\'m not so sure millitron was right. I like how Bob is just like 'Ok, we\'re on the Mün, what now? My first time on the Mün. Making it home on the same mission.
  2. I\'m planning a mission to release THREE satellites orbiting the Mün, all on different orbital inclinations. One on the equator, one at a 90 degree polar orbit and one at a 0 degree polar orbit. It\'s actually going pretty well, I just keep on running out of fuel.
  3. Try pressing alt-F2 to open the debug console to see if anything is going wrong.
  4. On the topic of RCS, I have my miracle ship, built using only Silisko edition. it is proof that Nova\'s RCS is overpowered because I got to the Mün with it. It\'s around 3m tall and 1.5m wide. It can get to the Mün before the MET gets over 00:00:01. Picture 1 is a view in orbit around the Mün. Picture 2 is just after it landed, still skidding pretty fast. Picture 3 is when it came to a complete stop. Picture 4 is the first second of the mission timer. Picture 5 is a view after the 'rover' was decoupled.
  5. Well, China is trying to get to them moon, and when they do something we haven\'t done yet, it\'ll be the space race all over again, just with no war. We\'ll be in a race to get to the moon and establish a colony before they can, and that would lead to a domino effect of everything else coming back with the increased funding.
  6. That\'s on Kerbin. On the Mün you can do it with four.
  7. I had to stop mine here. I got to here by diving straight into Kerbol. Ripped my ship apart though.

    KSP at work

Most of the teachers don\'t support the extremely strict firewall (Google is even blocked!), so I can use it in their classes.

Hey, if you guys can bring your own computers to school, but there is a firewall, check out tor: https://www.torproject.org/
  10. Also, it\'s a engine limitation, PhysX can\'t handle multiple bodies. If Harv could do it, he would.
  11. I\'ll try it in a modified Intrepid III. It\'s a version of the Intrepid II designed to get a full soteria in escape velocity.

My school has no money for computers (the least funded school in the state actually, but we still have the highest test scores.) So I can bring my laptop!
  13. It\'s still the 10th for me! ;D
  14. Using C7 I went within 1000 meters of the Mün, ran out of rcs fuel, and had to abort the landing. I got back to kerbin alive though. It was only one stage.
  15. Try downloading 0.12x4 here:http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=3683.0

Sometimes I even play in social studies instead of working. ;P

    KSP at work

I\'m in middle school and I play KSP at lunch. There are so many sixth graders that crowd around me and watch, and most of them are pretty annoying. There are some that are pretty cool, and downloaded the game after they saw me playing it.
  18. Same here! When I open up the debug console (Alt-F2) it says: >> IntrepidIICSMDecoupler >> KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. After that it doesn\'t move on. When I delete the decoupler file the same thing happens to the next part. maybe try using .DAE for the model? It might be because I\'m on a Mac.
  19. For some reason my perfect rocket now blows itself up on booster separation! Why Harv, why!
  20. Hey, if you manage to catch up to a orbiting booster stage with a remotely triggerable engine, couldn\'t it push you out of munar orbit without docking? you could also use a remotely triggerable decoupler to shut it off. you would need a way to keep track of it though.
