  1. MKS already does this with substrate/water, but sure, I could see the idea of ore conversion.
  2. They exist - you have a 0.35m aerospike, and 0.625m long LFO tanks
  3. Yes, it's 1.08 per kerbal per day.
  4. Yep, look at it's config and you will see the different harvesters
  5. I have some ideas on this topic, yes
  6. Sure - take a look at the ore config file in gamedata/squad/resources - it has samples of global, planetary, and biome resource settings
  7. Best bet IMO is to go with the 11.1% that stock uses - it's a good ratio.
  8. MarcAFK - feel free to log a github issue with your findings and I can take a look.
  9. That's pretty much how it is supposed to work. You have it churn away while you do other things, and get an occasional gift of a dollop of science. FYI - all of the options (max science, conversion rates, etc.) are all in the config for the adventurous.
  10. I can actually handle some model rotations, etc. on my end if that makes things more expedient.
  11. Ok this is good. Do me a favor. Do a video showing how you assemble this. What I can do is create a part that can be ground attached and also destroyed/decoupled to serve as the base, and I can easily shuffle part orientations around.
  12. But realize that you're going to run out of supplies regardless - it's lossy
  13. Kerbals under a 50km altitude on kerbin are not subject to life support penalties.
  14. Sadly KIS does not work in the same way we could kinda hack together storage bays. Which makes me a bit sad. So I have to consider some alternatives.
  15. Yep Also I no longer hide the EL parts. I did this because I saw it was causing some support grief in this thread, and given that was the opposite of my intention, did a few tweaks on my side to make sure there were no conflicts.
  16. See above RE conservation of mass Make them more massive, and that will solve that issue, but give you a host of others (because moving them becomes a bear).
