  1. Definitely not the bad kind. Celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. Yes, Pathfinder is heavily dependent upon KIS/KAS, which is in 1.1 alpha, so I have a bit of time. Hoping to showcase the new parts soon as I get some time. Or not...
  2. I here that! I get the same way, only these days I wait on mods to update that my own stuff depends upon so I can make sure everything still works. And no worries, I'm trying to take my time to get things right. I'm debating making a release soon and not fixing ladders right away and holding off to redo ladders. Truthfully I'm wanting to put out an update sooner rather than later, mostly because I want to get the rest of my mods up to date with 1.1. We'll see, depends on how hard it will be to fix the ladders.
  3. Interesting. In what circumstances does that occur? I used then like an ATV wheel and they roll just fine. ATV as in nothing is above them.
  4. I have personal matters to tend to for the rest of the week, but I might have some time to finish the bug stomping. I'm working on an EL issue where the Stockyards aren't recycling the ships. Once I fix that and finish a new part, Pathfinder will be good to go.
  5. Well, I've reached my deadline for trying to figure out the Grizzly wheels. The biggest problem I have is that they stop working when you put them under a cab or flatbed. I think I have to retire the current design and revisit them in the future. The Mountain Goat and Bear Cub work great though. So this is a heads up that the Grizzly wheels will be going away.
  6. Me too! I have placeholder IVAs for the Chuckwagon and Doc so you won't have any weird overlays, but I don't think I'll have them done before Pathfinder's KSP 1.1 release. Well technically I could but I want to finish up what I'm working on and make the release available soon. Ideally I'll be ready when KAS/KIS is in a stable release since Pathfinder heavily relies on it.
  7. Buffalo is currently pre-official KSP 1.1 release. I'm aiming for late this week to have everything ready. Still have bugs to sort out with the wheels.
  8. Just a heads up that I'm down to just fixing the Grizzly wheels and possibly the ladders on the Buffalo. If I can't figure them out in the next day or two then I'll flag them as a known issue and release the mod. I'm kind of waiting on KIS/KAS to stabilize though...
  9. DSEV 1.1.2 for KSP 1.1 is now available Get the latest here! - Recompiled for KSP 1.1 release - Updated to latest WildBlueTools New Parts - Re-introduced the nuclear aerospike as the WS-N7 "Viper" dual-mode nuclear aerospike. This advanced nuclear engine supports liquid fuel mode for good ISP and LFO mode for high thrust, and its aerospike gives it good ISP across a variety of atmospheric pressures. - Added FLM-6400, FLM-3200, and FLM-1600 fuel tanks. These 2.5m tanks come in gold foil and stock-alike orange. - Added FLM-400 and FLM-200 fuel tanks. These are 1.25m tanks. Hex Truss System - The Hex truss sytem has undergone remodeling, giving them an art style similar to the Buffalo's chassis system. You can now switch between a hollow truss with a variable number of equipment racks (same as before, just new models), a fuel tank that holds various resources, and a crew tunnel. There are four hex truss options available: double, full, half, and quarter. - The Hex Node and Hex Adapter have also been remodeled. NOTE: The older hex truss system models have been deprecated. Existing ships won't break, but you won't be able to build new ones with the older parts. FLM-14400, 7200, 3600 - Due to issues with colliders, the 3.75m tanks have been refactored to remove their 2.5m counterparts. You can still switch between the stock-alike orange texture and the gold foil texture. Older tanks have been deprecated. Existing ships won't break, but you won't be able to build new ones with the older tanks. FLM-450, FLM-900, FLM-1800 - Deprecated the 1.875m fuel tanks. Existing ships won't break, but you won't be able to build new ones with the older tanks.
  10. @Kuzzter Wild Blue Tools is now ready for KSP 1.1. Get the latest here. And now to release DSEV and MOLE...
  11. Buffalo is currently pre-official KSP 1.1 release. I'm aiming for late this week to have everything ready. Still have bugs to sort out with the wheels.
  12. Thanks for the report. 1209 broke some stuff that I'm sorting through still. I should have an update soonish.
  13. Cool. KSP 1.1 is in flux so if we don't get a Snacks update, I'll fork it once KSP 1.1 is officially released.
  14. Not at all, if you have suggestions I'll be happy to consider them. I'm definitely going to change the texture on the connector ports, it looks great.
  15. Dangit, where is page 2B??? I knew I should've never bought the paper second hand...
  16. Really like how the story is going. And those attachment ports! Looks like you used the Buffalo's crew door. Brilliant! I'm so changing the ports to look like that!
  17. @Kuzzter Just out of curiosity, does Wild Red Industries need to make a warhead part for the Kerbulus torpedoes?
  18. Very cool. Space Pirates! Makes me wish I kept my older saves..
  19. Wow, Valentina gets around... She went to Sarge to "inspect his scansats" And at last, someone else knows about Kerbulus!
  20. Pathfinder uses the standard production methods from Extraplanetary Launchpads to create RocketParts from Metal. The Ironworks has a converter that goes from MetalOre->Metal and one that goes from Metal->RocketParts. You need to use the Spyglass part to open the Extraplanetary Launchpads construction window. It is based around using the EL survey stakes, which require KIS to install. I'm thinking of a bulky launchpad that you transport to the ground and then level as well, but that's in the planning stages right now. Anyway, the Pathfinder Wiki has the stats on the Spyglass. FYI, the wiki reflects how the mod will be in KSP 1.1, so some stats like converters and the getting started tutorial will be slightly off, and it talks about using Equipment to configure modules instead of the current version's RocketParts. Once the 1.1 update is ready, the wiki will line up with the mod.
  21. Did some testing with box colliders for ladders and airlocks tonight. Looks promising. Wheels still a mess, but Squad is having a tough time with wheels in general right now. Send them words of encouragement, they'll appreciate the cheers instead of hearing endless complaining.
