I would add a couple of electric motors to stock, witch would give us a wider range of designing options. There is an experimental solar plane that can fly around the world, why not adding this tech to ksp? -

It happened to me today too, i just exit to main menu (mouse wheel didnt work but the exit button did) and enter again and everything ok. It was running in second plane while i was doing other things, maybe it had something to do with the issue... -

Just putting the upper stage (with more powerful engines) with a docking port below at the launchpad, results same fail -
Hi, i have OPM http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/104280-0-90-Outer-Planets-Mod-(1-6-5)-Increased-stability-and-bug-fixes-29-Mar and when i install this mod, the game crashes. Any idea of what can it be? MODs installed: Alarm clock, Final frontier, Science library, Enviro.. Visual Enhacements mainly. I installed Trans Neptunian with no issues

Here we have another "wonderful" example: The "Desperation" About to Take Off... nothing strange... Forgive the flag, it is not with any bad purpose And voilá! The Lower stage goes across the Mk Pod! The controls dont respond and the mission is lost... I suspect it is a bug or problem related to the docking ports, but im not sure... -

Yes, it triggers about that altitude. It happened to me with different vessels. The last one, it started failing at the launchpad. Most of the cases a docking port is involved, id swear i put it correctly (ive done it dozens of times in other vessels) without altering its configurations. And for instance, when after the "kraken" i try to decouple to docking to "save" the upper stage, all the stage with the pilots vanishes... -

greetings, i have an issue: Im flying with a spacecraft, everithing looks balanced and ok, and suddenly, the camera stops chasing it and it gets uncontrollable. It is a known bug? Can it be fixed? Do you know why it happens? Two thigs are there that many ppl and me consider a must: 1º Solve the game crashings related to terrain scatters and approaching landing in general, not sure but from what ive read its related to memory leak or something similar; 2º Being able to (options or with key bindings preferly) change in-game patched conics draw mode and limit (or upgradeable with tracking station). Apart from that: - We want the "prodigal" new gas giant(s) - Solar sails prototypes - More actions for kerbals, like removing some parts or being able to link two separate vessels in ground with a fuel duct to resupply (engineers?) - Add a next level of time warp, for long long journeys to far far away planets/systems (mods, outer planets) - Make the Re-entry Heat optional (custom diffculty) Anyway, keep on the good job!

Not bad idea, but i think it would require strong programming. An intermediate option could be adding something like the "tweakable parts" mod, and depending of the level of upgrading of the Workshop, players could tweak more or less... -

Hi rocketeers, Id want to know if you have any trick or way to calculate the best time to launch a vessel for making a rendez vous at LKO in the most fuel efficient way. I supose the best tie will be when the orbiting vessel come near above the kerbal complex, but can it be more accurately calculed? Thanks

I wouldnt know where to start! Basics of orbital maneouvres and concepts, gravity assists, rocketry related concepts, basic fluid dinamics, spaceship stage comprehension, several space related terms (i.e. SSTO, Apoapsis,...), mathematics, physics, and im forgetting things for sure. Apart from that I constantly pay attention to all real life space launch and have investigated a lot about probes and real space missions. I could say KSP strenghted my interest in space and aeronautics. Definitely one of the top 5 (sometimes the best) games ever played, and the most educational by far.

Can´t tell what is my favourite, i love landing and flying by every one, but i can tell sometimes Moho is a pain in the ass for me. Not to mention leaving Eve is a thing i havent been able to do up today...

When you go to bed and can´t sleep because you can´t stop thinking about orbital mechanics, gravity assists, SSTO vessels and how to combine all those things in your next mission. -
Hello, I recently started replaying KSP, trying a minimal expense and fuel economy approach. Among other things, like designing small rockets and experimenting with SSTO vessels, i want to mess with gravitational assists for interplanetary travels. For that, it is really a must increasing patched conics limit and sometimes it is easier to see the trayectory with other draw modes. But when not needed there is no reason to have limit at 4 or 5. My suggestion is that it would be very useful to have the chance to easily change those two variables in-game, without having to restart the game. I dont know if there is already that option (never heard about it) or if it very hard to do. I understand some loading time may be needed to change. Maybe this has already been suggested, or there is a way to do it manually without closing and restarting, just tell me! Thanks and regards!

If i turn the scatter off and reduce terrain quality, the game almost never crashes. But i think i have enough good computer to run it at max quality, dont do i? So that i asked if there was a hardware/software issue and if i could fix it without losing quality... -
Hi, the game kkeps craching qhen im about to land, i think it is related to the terrain detail and scatter density but im not sure. I lowered both of them to default detail and 20% density.
