  1. But thats the point, KSP doesn\'t model N-body gravity. With such a small moon as Minmus gravitational pull from the Mun, Kerbin, and other planets in the system (when they\'re added) could vastly alter its orbit.
  2. Ah, no. You\'ve got to time it correctly. It is very fun.
  3. I use a Hohmann transfer to get just below the Mun\'s orbit. That allows me to catch up within an orbit or two. It was also perfect for Minmus. Just burn at the point where the two orbits would meet for the plane change.
  4. The speed at which the tips are moving in the film would cause shock waves down the blades. They must be spinning at what, mach 4? I don\'t think even your precious nano-fiber blades could stand up to that for an extended period of time...
  5. You know sticking \'Nuclear\' on the front of something doesn\'t give it a better thrust to weight ratio, right?
  6. Could Haqua be a combination of two words? \'Ha\' and \'qua\'. \'Wandering\' and \'name\' or something...
  7. It is just decorative for now. I think it says that in the description.
  8. The problem with achievements is that everyone will have a different advantage/disadvantage. For example most of these were fulfilled before I woke up this morning. Maybe timezones/regions would be a good addition?
  9. It looks more like the strato-launch design from space-x. Nice looking craft!
  10. Give him time. He most likely may have a life outside of KSP and modding. Plus he hasn\'t been on for three days and probably isn\'t even aware the update is out.
  11. And now it is off balance...
  12. We salute you! (Should be easier with the update ;D)
  13. Did you download the original C7 pack aswell as the advanced pack? Wait. You downloaded the advanced pack not the original C7 pack. *EDIT* You want to go to the spoiler at the bottom of the C7 advanced pack.
  14. And my dad decided to load a webpage, leaving the stream frozen on ignition... My first live launch! Well... Ignition anyway...
  15. Apparently it is a binary system (wikipedia under Charon). No. Pluto and Charon orbit a point above Pluto\'s surface called a barycenter(?).
  16. The blades alone would rip themselves apart at the speed they would have to be spun. Oh well... One day... (When we smash physics up into teeny-weeny little insignificant pieces...)
  17. He didn\'t say it was a record breaker or anything. Looks like a nice little run-around.
  18. I use a CyborgX joystick. Its quite solid, folds, is adjustable and has served me well for about two years now. It was about £35 if I remember correctly ($55.69 ish). Slightly higher than your requested budget but it stood up to my dad trying to fly a plane with it (Basically he tried to show-off on x-plane, lost altitude, tried to pull up by attempting to push the joystick beyond its normal limits).
  19. Nice clean looking craft you\'ve got there! Sounds familiar...
  20. A shame that it has to be stated... Good move though. :hailprobe:
  21. Well... With trim it might be possible to land on one... ???
  22. May we see the craft with which your mighty endeavour was completed?
