K^2, okay, you're right. But, are there any simulators, for things like vibrations during launch? Rakaydos: Yes, that's certainly true. Though, K^2, when do you think you'll be finished making your simulator, and can make the 2nd thread. (Well, 3rd if you count the PocketSpacecraft thread which evolved into this)

Exactly, sim time! Though, do you know any (Preferably free) spacecraft mission simulators, there's definitely some from NASA. EDIT: Is it possible to put up another poll, for example, I think it's about time that we give the KSP Community CubeSat a name, or do you think it's too early K^2? Here's some names: (Also, you can put the -1 in front of all of these, which we should do since if we do a 2nd mission, we should do that. We probably will do a second mission, for example, ArduSat managed to pump out THREE CubeSats! (ArduSat-1, ArduSat-X, and ArduSat-2)) KerbSat KSat Kerbin Kerbal Harvester HarveSat CommuniSat Squad SqaudSat KSPSat Only ten because thay's the max you can put in polls. Though really, we should do KerbSat. It's short and has the word "Kerb" in it, and "Sat". Though that's just IMO.

It looks perfect! Yeah, that is definitely for the "A Science Lab In SPAAAAAACE!!!!" achievement, also, sadly I didn't try finishing my thing today. My day was spent watching Apollo 13, watching YouTube, Forum posts, Playing Orbiter, Trying KSP 0.24.2 for the first time, and trying KSP mods. I only remembered the RSS Moon thing now. Ugh.

Does the Buran mod work without the ModuleRCSFX mod? Because according to NathanKell it doesn't work with 0.24.2.

Hmm... I actually can't decide that easily... Orion: Basically the reasons Jouni stated above. Energia: Essentially the many failed Shuttle Derived Launch Vehicle's Soviet Cousin, and it actually flew, though just twice (Including Buran), unfortunately. And it's the 3rd largest launch vehicle EVER! 100 tons to LEO, and the Soviets/Russians canceled THAT!?!? It would've given them the position to send huge payload to anywhere in the solar system, 32 tons to the Moon, Mars, and Venus! (Wikipedia didn't say how much payload to Jupiter, but in comparison the Titan IIIE which launched Voyager on it's interplanetary slingshot-a-thon trajectory could only get 34 tons to LEO. And now NASA doesn't even fly Titans any more. Hermes: The ESA's best attempt at there own manned spacecraft, which unfortunately was cancelled, like HOPE. Imagine what would've it'd been like if Hermes actually flew, and the Columbus space station too. N1-L3: Not just the N1, but the whole Soviet Lunar program. The N1 would've allowed for many missions like Mars Sample Return that the US just seemed to not care about. (There cancelling the Saturn rocket family and all) The L3 (The Lunar bit, the N1 got it to orbit and the L3 went to The Moon and back) Lunar complex was also interesting, and I wonder why they didn't decide to scrap the N1 and launch it with 3 Proton launches as an Earth orbit rendezvous. One carrying the Soyuz, the other carrying the LK Lunar lander, and the last one carrying Block G, the stage which did the Trans-Lunar Injection burn. Maybe it was just that early docking systems (For both the US and the USSR) had terrible reliability.

CaptainArchmage, we are going to do a KickStarter, but since I THINK we're about done on the super basic plan for the first mission, we should probably start to move towards starting our KickStarter, and we should start doing some technical stuff, and start actually designing this thing. (Oh, and a name would be great too!) Though I don't know if I just jumped the gun WAY too early or something, but I think for the base goal, it should have no propulsion system. Pressurized area with some plants is what where doing, not testing fancy new propulsion systems. EDIT: What do you think, K^2?

Interesting... I would like to join as a director. Do I have say my directors name what he/she directs? (Ie: Director Of GASA Deep Space Operations) Would that be considered roleplay? Anyway, my director is the "Director Of Unmanned Space Operations" (That's probably to broad, I'll change it if you think it is) -

It looks EXCELLENT! Though I do have a few points: 1. It looks like you made Destiny a bit too short. 2. It seems that you made Node 2 (I'm too bored to look up it's name) too long. 3. You forgot the Z Truss on top of Unity. (The reaction wheels thing). 4. I don't see the external experiments section on Kibo. (Will you make it so you can launch CubeSats from it? Perhaps the KSP Community CubeSat? ) 5. I don't see any Russian-US docking port adapters.

Those. Look. AWESOME!!! Though, sorry to criticize, but I don't like the way you did Duna, it seems there's a dark brown alien virus poisoning it's surface. Though maybe it's cooler that way

Oh, someone made a fix for it? But there's still the pesky license, so Kopernicus will be the better option. Always. Also, did you make a new gas giant in Planet Factory CE or did you re-texture Jool? And how did you make that texture?

Wow... Just Wow. You did an awesome job for your Moon base! Also, I'll be back in Indiana in 2 days (Tomorrow I'll get to the airport, then time there, then 16 hour long flight to LAX, time at LAX, flight to Indiana, time at Indiana airport, and then home. That whole thing takes about a day ), so I'll be able to more easily review the submissions then, and I'll be able to finish my submission!
