Even ion engines are powerful enough to overcome Gilly's gravity. I sent a small lander there back in 0.23 (before the engines' thrust was increased), and it could still fly around with ease.
I only saw it once, and that was in the demo... I guess they just lowered the chances of it appearing, and did not remove it by accident like I originally thought.
Not only does the Admin Building look out of place, but that entire chunk of the KSC does. The grass slopes that go down to the terrain are a lot more steeper there, and the road that surrounds the building is partially on them.
It's not so much the size of the ice caps that annoy me, it's the transition from red to white. the red should slowly fade away the closer you get to the pole, not an abrupt line that separates the two.
Kerbals should also move with the parts underneath them. I want to make a huge rover or plane with an interior and be able to walk around in it while the craft is moving.
I like career mode just a little bit more than sandbox. As stated before, they're both the same thing, but career adds more challenges (and consequences).
I would like to see all the unfinished IVAs completed, and the finished ones polished up in 0.26. For example, the Mk.1 cockpit's IVA is a little broken; you can see the outside texture from the inside if you look through the windows.
