Main reason I have one is I need to use it for social media promotion on a few sites I run. I also found it useful for reconnecting with some old friends I had grown up with and lost contact with. For those of you that don\'t like the way Facebook looks or organizes information, look into SocialFixer. It allows you to customize your FB page in almost every way. It lets you do all kinds of nifty things. There\'s one thing I refuse to do and everyone else should that uses it, DON\'T USE APPS! Those things are security and privacy nightmares. The shopping cart server is actually on PayPal\'s secure server. Honestly, you\'re more likely to have a thief get your address from your trash to rob you than some random person on the Internet that\'s probably no where near where you live. If your parents aren\'t able to grasp the concept of online business, I doubt there is much you can do to convince them otherwise. Just earn yourself $20 (mow a lawn, help old ladies across the street for $1, whatever) and go to your local grocery/drug store and buy a pre-paid Visa/MC and buy the game. Arrr! Capt\'n Skunky

Most credit card processors require the collection of address data to prevent fraud. If your parents are afraid of giving your address to companies, you need to educate them that\'s it\'s for their own protection. Arrr! Capt\'n Skunky

cBBp, I didn\'t remove your post, all I did was remove the images. It took me almost 5 minutes to get the page loaded up before I could even edit it you had so many large photos. While this may not be a concern for you, we have to consider the lowest common denominator. Not everyone has super fast connections like you. Have pity on your fellow forum users and don\'t make them download so many images at once in a forum post.
