CKAN is currently supplying RF v9.1 and downloads the .zip from github when you install it.

Oops we recombobulated a bunch of metadata recently and it seems to have disrupted the SETI indexing file. This has been fixed and and the newest version of SETI is on CKAN as of right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Does anyone know what all the engines are being named?

RT-10 "Hammer" formerly known as the "Trashcan" xD -
We have an issue report opened about it https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/NetKAN/issues/932 The problem with removing CIT mods is that other mods depend on them so for CKANs sake an alternate mirror would be the best solution. Once I have the time I might start looking at filesize of mods that bundle CIT stuff and then extract them from those as a workaround. It's not a good solution though which has put it on the backburner for now.

If the update you experienced somehow altered your readme.txt file that could affect your CKAN experience. Sometimes CKAN also dislikes Program Files folder because it doesn't generally allow changes without administrator priviliges. However if its working again I'll scratch this down to a hiccup somewhere in the matrix.

Some things are easier to fix than others, esspecially since I was the one responsible and knew what I'd done to break it from the start Which mod are you attempting to download that depends on it and I'll have a look to see if I can find a workaround for now. We're aware of the ksp.marce.at problem, see https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/NetKAN/issues/932
-
I see that you posted a workaround in the issue and I recommend people use that for now until we've gotten a hold on the situation. This is not due to anything about KSP updating but might be related to github tokens and/or something changing on the github side of things. For now it seems commandline client is also working without errors so a temporary workaround is to use that as a fallback for now.

ModuleFixer conflict with all USI mods and I see now that RO recommends both ModuleFixer and Universal Storage where the latter depends on Regolith. I'll have to ask the mod authors how to fix this because well... I screwed up a bit. The reason this hasn't been an issue before is that ModuleFixer was just recently bumped to 0.90 compatibility and as such hasn't been installed as part of RO for more than a few days.

My net is cancelled on the last of this month due to use moving, obviously I'll be updating to 1.0 before that happens so I have something to do

Will we still be able to use Karbonite to generate alternate fuels like LH2, Xenon, Argon etc? From what I gather the stock resource will be only LFO and as such there seems to be a niche Karbonite can still fill Looking forward A LOT to more work into Karbonite engine, I dream of a research drone flying around on Eve powered by karbonite and atmosphere using intake scopes

By signing up for github it makes it possible for developers to assign problems to people, triage bugs in order of how severe they are etc so opening issues on github do help the development process. It also makes it easier for us to link together duplicate issues to check for duplication steps and common denominators. This is esspecially true for the GUI main window suddenly disappering and is even mentioned in our wiki https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN-support/wiki/Basic-troubleshooting#ckan-gui-starts-but-i-cant-see-any-gui-where-is-it since we currently have no way to reproduce the issue. Issues with atmosperic scattering sounds strange, I see nothing in the metadata that should generate the issue you're having, what is the output of ckan.exe list --porcelain there might be a mod that doesn't like working with the scattering thing. Do you have any Astronomers cloud pack installed? As for CIT - KERT I'll just link to the issuereport on github https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/NetKAN/issues/932 When it comes to adding work, not getting error reports is also detrimental since that might mean it takes longer to hunt down a bug since we lack information about (esspecially) reproduction steps.

Looking forward to female kerbals a lot more then I thought I would. Other than general bugfixes I'm looking forward to, hopefully, no more savebreaking after 1.0 so I can get a really long and modded career going over multiple versions of the game.
-
How is this even a question? New aero leads to new dangers for our poor Kerbals so the answer should be obvious!

I always found it boring that I can't have a secondary guaranteed BadS pilot in my saves, Valentina will hopefully fit the bill perfectly
