  1. The issue was in my resizing method. I used the image resizer power toy which turned out to be not such a good idea. When i resized the 4k textures in photoshop the issues was gone. The updated textures are in the 1.8.5.1 update i have spent 2 days trying to upload to spacedock. Please note. With the 1.8.5.1 update you do NOT need to do a clean install of the mod. A copy/replace will be fine. EDIT: there is 1 cockpit that has a texture issue still but even when i reverted it back to its original dds texture it made no difference. Its the 2.5m ILS cockpit.

  3. I am having issues trying to upload an update for OPT, progress bar sits at what appears to be 100% and stays there. Its been sitting there for the last 10 minutes. Have tried uploading through both Chrome and IE. http://imgur.com/a/RTTiL

  6. The situation is easily resolved. People know how to sort out the renamed parts issue. I wont mismatch naming conventions. Either ALL get the OPT_ prefix or none of them get it simple as that. EDIT: i will admit i got defensive when the time and effort of myself and the team was insulted over something minor. I apologize for my actions.
  7. If someone can suggest a better performance profile for it i will gladly nerf it. Just be thankful it isnt hitting 10k thrust PER engine like it originally was lol EDIT: its performance is currently based on one of the mk2 profile engines
  8. I also tried to minimize the impact of broken ships. There was a MINOR editing issue in the bulk edit that inadvertantly removed the OPT_ prefix on 2 parts that already had it in the previous version. The 1.8.1.x versions were NEVER release versions, they were always betas. 1.8.5 is the first official release since @K.Yeon suspended active development. @siliconworm you have been told what you need to have your ships functional again.
  9. The "maker" of this mod is officially away from active development persuing his career. The team who have been updating/maintaining this mod are ACTIVE PLAYERS of the game. We spent OUR unpaid time to rebuild this mod from the ground up.
  10. Pushing a minor update, resolved the worst of the texture issues. 1.8.5.1 * Minor MM patch updates * Texture issues mostly revolved * Removed unneccesary textures in 2.5m folder Uploading to spacedock now.
  11. I suspect that is what happened @Starwaster, when I did the second mass rename its highly probably that the 2 stabilizers were already had the OPT_ prefix and ended up being removed. As for tweakscale I have no idea, I never tested with it, as to why they don't scale now I have no idea, I know I wouldn't have changed anything directly related to it intentionally. @siliconworm do you have ANY idea of just how much work went into this release?! This release is a rebuilt compendium of ALL previous releases, and I did warn of the probability of craft breaking with this release due to the changes we had to make to get it all working properly. As for the texture issue, am still investigating it.
  12. LF and LFO may have the same density, but their consumption rates are different. hence why tanks are set with a 0.9:1.1 ratio of LF/LFO. As for finding the volume of the tanks, I think @Starwaster was using the 3d modelling software to calculate the physical volume of the tanks and he is the one who did most of the MM Patches
  13. The science bays never had IVA's. Will check into the Stail science bay issue. Thats the texture that part always had How many of the easter eggs have people found so far lol
  14. The cockpit you were using never had an IVA made which is why you see no crew. Can you show me the texture issue you mentioned please. THAT avatar cockpit is for the kraken series, not the avatar series.   15. Yeah I can't wait for the wheel issues to be fixed, even the OPT wheels were nice before they got scrapped.
  16. @sebi.zzr would be best to tell how to do that, he is the genius who got the J-81 working for us. But the basics is that you need to add 2 engines to the config, 1 for each mode.
  17. on a side note, is ANYONE having any issues with targetting when using anything other than the Juno cockpit?
  18. A lot of parts had to be culled, so the culling was limited to parts we felt had little use or were never used. The plates were scrapped a long time ago by K.Yeon anyway.
  19. All you need to do to fix that is edit your .craft files and your pesistent.sfs file to remove the OPT_ from them and the wings will work fine again. Additionally you will need to readd that adapter plate manually from an older version as it has been permanantly removed from the mod. Hope that helps. EDIT: i dont recognise the engine what was it?
