  1. I agree with this all the way. It would be cool to try and do SEAD, have anti-radar missiles go stupid if the radar gets shut off somehow (intelligent AI?) but also have to pay attention to what kind of countermeasure to expend. Plus cluster bombs would suddenly see a massive boost in usefulness as you would only need to knock out the radar bit to take out the whole system

  3. Hey, I think it would be sweet if you could release some parts that were bigger and kind of US Navy grey, styled after US destroyers of cruisers. Something big enough to fit the naval guns from this mod http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/118824-WIP-Never-Enuff-Dakka-A-BDArmoury-expansion?p=1896201#post1896201.   4. That comes back to the fact that Baha doesn't want to implement two different types of guidance unless there's a good reason. It's also why we're not going to see anti-radiation missiles like the HARM or ALARM in the pack any time soon. That being said, I do agree that having the countermeasure effect deploying both chaff and flares would be cool, and the the countermeasure pods could use a visual overhaul

  6. Hey, any chance one of you pro 3d modelers could (or would be interested in) whipping up some alternative rocket pods, ie not the 19 or 23 shot ones that are in the pack at the moment. I was thinking of trying to make smaller scout style helos and the Hydra 70 pods are just too damn big

  8. Phalanx CIWS already exists. Lord Prometheus rebooted the defunct Spanner's Boomsticks addon to BD Armory that had it. Check it out on the BD Armory forum main page
  9. Absolutely. I copied the resource code for the ablator and tacked it onto a 1x1 structural piece, leaving the amount of ablator unchanged. Takes everything until 30mm with ease. Will take one tank shell hit then be gone--like the real thing. Truly handy
  10. I was thinking that it might be nice to put things on BD armory turrets (such as Never Enuf Dakka's tanks, or the 30mm CIWS) and actually have them move with the turret

  13. I asked Baha that some time ago, and in his own words "I may differentiate between radar and IR later but I'm trying to keep it fairly simple until I find a gameplay reason for changing it. As I mentioned in a post, if its possible to generate structured missions, I might add these extra things for balance."
