  1. Dude, you deserve a cookie for making this awesome parts pack! I love building bases, but building them out of cylinders is kinda weird. Can you put this on Kerbalstuff please? That way it would be easier to access, you would get more downloads, and Curse haters ( like me ) would be a lot happier. I also have some ideas for parts. First, a ISRU module in your new form factor. Second, some sort of landing skid that will fit under the fuselage and work as non-deployable landing leg with no suspension, just like the girder segment, but low-profile and better looking. For the heat shield I would recommend making a length adjustable Aeroshell with black bottom and ablator resource. Two final suggestions would be a front attachment node for the cupola thingy and a radial attach probe core for better descent control. Now, a question: does the cupola thingy count as cupola when you have a contract for building a base with a cupola?
  2. Strange. There is a Realchute easter egg that you can enable, wich makes your parachutes do the opposite. They let you fall faster and faster if its active. But as I'm seeing, you don't have Realchute installed.
  3. Nope, it doesn't. I made an EVA Minmus hop and refueled my EVA suit in-flight with the tank, but after I got inside the ship the tank didn't refill. Also, whats up with KospY? He normally updates KIS/KAS a couple days after an update. The problem is that KIS might be the cause for frustrating freezing issues and has a ton of bugs anyway.
  4. So, I have KIS and KAS running in 1.0.4, and it seems there are a lot of bugs in my save. Parts sometimes randomly clone if tried to grab and attach them from a container, if you link a KAS port to a KAS port the one you linked from will turn into the root part so you can't detach it anymore… And there are possibly a lot more . I hope there will be an update soon.

  6. Yay! Better Fx again! I'll download it after asking something. I just love the gorgeous looking new SR-71 style turboramjet exhaust Fx. How can I disable your Fx for the turboramjet so it uses the squad ones? But good work with the other ones, they make engines even cooler than they now are!
  7. That's so awesome! If this would be a 2 hour movie, you would definitely win a oscar! Also, was this guy a real person that you filmed or is he made with the magic of computer graphic? By the way, you really made me want to send a mission with a similar ship to Laythe. That would be so epic !
  8. That's clever! Landing on Ike is easier and I bet Ike holds some yummy resource veins… Also, getting interplanetary from Ike should be easier. Wish you luck with this, and don't crash!
  9. Installed 1.0.4, works good except for some weird graphical stuff… Need to do some more work to fix that. Also, expect some more screenshots in the future, now showing my complete base with the Mineshaft in action .

  11. I had the exact same bug on an 1.0.2 career save. The Kerbal was trapped in a Stayputnik! I grabbed him with some KAS equipment and brought him down after nearly roasting the stayputnik.
  12. Really, does none of you know what this means? I just need to know what this is, I can figure out the rest by myself. Also strange that it happens always​ when I'm near the north pole.

  15. Come on, Necrobones! That engine doesn't deserve to have this kind of disadvantage. It doesn't have the same Isp as the skipper, but can carry more mass. Maybe make it cost about 6000 funds, if you want a fair disadvantage?

  17. Man, your pack is one of the best stockalike lifter parts pack out there! These parts found big use in my career safe, especially the 0.625m boosters. One thing that really annoys me about the Moa engine is the engine fairing. The 2.5m Moa is very useful for large 2.5m upper stages that need to carry a lot of mass. Now, the problem: the engine fairing only can be either 2.5m to 3.75m or 3.75m to 5m. As I said, it's really useful for 2.5m rockets, so that fairing just makes me sad because I can't put this awesome engine on my heavy-lift 2.5m Mun/Minmus transfer stage . Please add a node for a 2.5m fairing to the Moa!
  18. Some more screenies from me, un-edited, taken directly from the game ! This is my very first Duna lander probe descending towards the surface. Because its very light and I'm using Realchute, I don't need any descending engines. This thing gave me a lot of science! Also, there is a spikey Ikey in the background . I love this one! It's a tiny only-SRB rocket carrying a tiny LFO Mun flyby probe to do some Gravioli science. The mission only took about 15k funds!
  19. Here is my current 1.0.2 career space station named IKSS. It's main purpose is science!, I'm thinking about turning it into a refueling station. The Link It isn't ground breaking or such, but it isn't supposed to. Sorry for the bad quality, my game doesn't like good textures . This is on a modded game, just to let you know.
  20. I want to hear from your coolest moment in KSP. It can be anything, Mun landing Jool aerobraking, or launching a rocket. Mine was after I separated the liquid boosters of my standard 2.5m lifter. It was perfect-the sepratrons burned for 0.5 seconds, fell away Korolev style, and I felt cool as heck !
  21. You made my dream come true! I always wanted parts for building such bases and camps. Now I have even KAS/KIS friendly ones! Say, will you make custom IVAs for the crewed parts?
  22. This mod really is cool! The floats are really useful if you are using Better Bouyancy. The Derp also serves as pretty cool inflatable airlock. I would like if it had more KIS integration, so it takes up less space. I also noticed a bug with KIS and the Derp. After a Kerbal goes inside the Derp, it looses his inventory. I lost a couple screw drivers because of this, and they aren't cheap!

  25. I heard a lot of GIMP here. GIMP works on Mac, I have a Mac, but is it user-friendly or will I require a couple weeks of getting into it? I'll also try out Acorn and Pixelmator.
