  1. @HansonKerman Many of us already saw it in the Number Wars 2 topic (in my case I stopped counting how many times). It appears most often when many users are posting simultaneously or without leaving enough time between each replies. @Gargamel & @adsii1970 From what I saw in the topic concerned, it can be a bit longer sometimes. I would say the longest was around 30 minutes in one case (it was the last year).
  2. I'm reading this while hearing Pink Floyd's Welcome to the Machine in my head...
  3. Subscribing right now for further updates. Transitions are great, and the master caution/warning panel really nice. However, my only two recommendations would be to add some F-1 engine sound at lift-off and for a short while following it, just to give it more punch. Secondly but far from being essential, 42 seconds until lift-off is a bit long to most viewers. Many would probably jump to T-10 s instead of waiting and appreciating the mix between images and sounds.
  4. 17 - About four-five minutes, without counting the time to find the original picture Longer than what it should be with PhotoShoplifting™ as I'm using PowerPoint; I simply can't stand those stealers from Adobe.
  5. 17 - We stopped counting a while back, but generally speaking positives lead the way. "Call to arms" actually broke the game multiple times, making it going from a pretty well organised chain to a mess of conflicting posts. Anyway,
  6. Aye Aye! Forum messed-up once again, so let's see where we are now... Due to the dumb bug, "17 (-()" was the last valid. ---- Therefore, 16 (-1)
  7. Reviving this thread with a couple of picture taken at Patriot Point in last December. All are grouped in spoilers. USS Laffey (DD-724). USS Clamagore (SS-323). USS Yorktown (CV-10 / CVA-10 / CVS-10). Tour on the main deck. Furthermost view of the deck. Douglas EA-3B Skywarrior. Omitting tests done with a Hercules, it's still the heaviest aircraft having operated from an aircraft carrier. Grumman S-2E Tracker. with her 64 JEZEBEL sonoboys noticeable in each engines nacelles. Grumman F-14A Tomcat. Grumman A-6E Intruder. Close-up view of a 227 kg/500 lbs Mark-82 with a Snakeye air-brakes kit. One of the USCG's HH-65 Dolphin was on training . Bell AH-1J Cobra. Bendix RIM-8A Talos long-range surface-to-air missile. Memorial to submariners. Out of topic pictures.
  8. Thanks! I have some more, but they aren't related to space anymore: Similarly,
  9. You say Pompeii? I just ear some echoes from the past...
  10. Here are some of the small collection I have in my current location. Back in the day I was living in Europe, I use to spend almost all my incomes in books and I really try to take as much care of them as possible. However, to bring all of those with me in Florida would have been a pain. As a result, I gave them all to my father.
  11. Thank you for sharing this... all of my primary/elementary school flute class nightmares came back to me
  12. 114161 was the one imply. From a video available online, it appears they entered a dynamic stall at first, followed by the beginning of a spin. Given the angle at which they ejected, I'm really surprised the pilot survived. Terrible for the the squadron’s public affairs officer
  13. Well, see you tomorrow Atlas... 80% probability of launch compliance though. That will probably affect Starlink-7 ("8") with a 24 hours delay too.
