Always loved the KSP theme, so this was brilliant. Great work!

Oh God, why didn't anyone tell me this before!? I must right my wrongs... all probes in the Space Program have been taken out of service...

Which update has been the best thus far?
zpox357 replied to MacDuckenstein's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I know that 0.17 is the most obvious, but there was something really special about the build up. The way that the planets were revealed to us, picture by picture was causing me to refresh the forum like crazy, checking for updates. I do miss those larger updates, but of course, I understand why this system works much better for the developers and the community. -
[UNOFFICIAL/FANMADE] 0.21 Discussion thread
zpox357 replied to blspblackdeath's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I am clearing the Mun of any landing crafts in preparation for the "VLHB" "Very Late Heavy Bombardment" that is , considering our Moon's LHB was 3 - 4 Billion years ago. -
What do you guys think of the Mun's new surface?
zpox357 replied to bigdad84's topic in KSP1 Discussion
The smaller craters could vary in size and distance a bit more, but I'm not sure I agree with it being overdone. It looks way more realistic, and will make the surface more interesting to explore. I am, personally, a big fan of this terrain update. -
Hello all The other day I was playing around with the popular online AI/chatbot "Cleverbot" and was... moderately impressed by its ability to somewhat hold a conversation. I then had the idea of opening two Cleverbot's in separate tabs, and then copy pasting one Cleverbot's text into the other, and vice versa creating a conversation between two AI's. It was even more amusing than speaking to the AI myself, watching the conversation sway from one wild topic to another. So, I had the idea of creating this thread where, using any AI system (eg, Cleverbot, Siri, IGod) you can copy and paste or simply type the previous thread reply into the AI and post its response. When posing a response you should quote the previous reply, and put the AI's name before it's own response. You could even nickname your specific AI if you want. - [Name of AI system, Nickname]: "text" (eg; [Cleverbot; GLaDOS]: "insert reply here") I have no idea how the conversation will flow. It could be a complete disaster, but you never know. Maybe we will see a difference in personality/perspective between the different AI's or more interesting effects. Its like an experiment. WARNING: Now, anyone who has used Cleverbot or IGod will know that sometimes, they can be a little ...inappropriate, so show some common sense. If you wouldn't say it yourself then DON'T POST IT. If you stick to that rule, things won't get messy. Mods, If conversation gets too inappropriate, or if you don't thinks its even a good idea in the first place, then of course you should take down the thread. However, I hope this doesn't have to happen. But anyway, I'll start: [Me, (to get the conversation started); GLaDOS]: "Oh... its you" + If you want to comment on the conversation, then put the comment in brackets so that we can distinguish between human/AI, (if it isn't already obvious )

Story Time! (The Unintentional Adventures of Jeremy Kerman)
zpox357 replied to zpox357's topic in KSP Fan Works
Ha, ha, now that I think about it, it does bear some resemblance to Hitchhikers Guide, with the house being wrecked and him being whipped off into space like that. But anyway, 3 weeks later and armed with a better microphone, I hath produced the second episode of the series, enjoy... [+ If any passing Mods see this, you wouldn’t mind moving this thread to the Fan Works section would you? I’ve just read the posting Guidelines and I feel that this story-based series belongs there rather than in this mission reports section.] Thanks. -
82% of Kerbal Losses last year were linked to insanity Upon further investigation, it was found that a Lone Kerbal whom develops an itch on the top of their head will be driven insane within hours I like being able to reach my head and therefore I would prefer to stay Human

When you come in for a "harder than originally intended" landing and you hit F5 instead of F9... So many times

Hello all Ok, so I decided to start a video series with a story line, because people tend to enjoy story based stuff in Youtube videos, so I present the Unintentional adventures of Jeremy Kerman! For your enjoyment It did involve me... voicing a video, something that I have always dreaded, there was not really any other way of getting the story across. but it wasn't that bad in the end, hope you can bear my voice for the entirety of the video Here you go:

I was in a destructive mood... You will have to excuse my awful photo-shopping skills
-
To be fair, this is what I tried when I uploaded my first image

Ohh, that's difficult, its between Vall and Pol (Love you Laythe, but your oceans eat all of my spacecraft) Vall because of the easter egg and the view, and Pol because of the spikey pillars and its color. I choose... Vall because it is closer to Jool, and therefore you get a better view of it in the night sky

Behind that smile is a sunken heart. I guess the "Sea of Tranquility" isn't quite how he pictured it... Aw, bless 'em

Posted these somewhere else I think, but I feel that this is actually where they belong Unfortunately, this things top speed is 5 m/s. Any faster and it flies away... Ahh, KSP water physics. Well, it is a space simulator after all
-
If you ever forget your mission flag... *sigh* Don't improvise
-
Oops, I've "accidentally" dropped my mug, I had better go online and buy a KSP one! Yes, I love the new merchandise so far. But Imagine this... (Sticks to your car dashboard) As a 3D RCS or SAS button with a toggleable LED inside Someone needs to make this on shapeways already

I play KSP so much that sometimes when I have forgotten what I am doing on the computer, my hand half-consciously pulls the mouse over to the KSP button and clicks it... Its like my default action. But its a game that I am proud to "Over-play", rather than spending all my time on FPS's.

Ha Ha, Kerbin: "Pfft, those Kerbals. I raise and care for them under my own Biosphere for thousands of years and this is how they re-pay me? You WILL not go to space today *grab*"

I was sending a crew of 3 out to Eeloo when the flight ended abruptly whilst I was time warping. Turns out I had crashed into Minmus of all things...
