  1. @CobaltWolf Not only Centimetres, but also Millimetres... 625 mm, 125 cm, 250 cm, 375 cm, and then there's 625 cm. I am a confusing person.
  2. you do realise that 300 cm and 625 cm are larger than most rockets, right? (I know it was a mistake. It was funny...)
  3. Go to the Github. ignore the 'releases' page, instead clicking 'code', then click 'download as ZIP'. The latest Developer release fixed it, and comes with Gemini as well.
  4. I would love the craft file, please. I think I've been overshooting a bit, thinking that I should try to get 4550 kg to space instead, resorting to Sapphire boosters to accomplish it. One question though, can it be flown manually? You have the skillful eye of mechjeb there, and I was wondering if there are any instabilities or peculiarities to this rocket.
  5. Dead horse beater here, but I just looked at the merge, and...something seems off. the balance changes to some of the rockets seems baffling. I know you values (scaled) realism here, but the changes seem to cripple designs that people have made. rocket engines mostly get lighter, which is a good thing, but some rocket Isps have been severely nerfed (Atlas II is even harder with the parts we have now). I also looked through and found some other things looking at the configs.(who would search for the 'Rousette' parts as 'baguette?' I would, now that that I know, but who else? the other tags make sense, but... what?)
  6. I have the numbers for uprated engines. I made the names myself (that's why they are terrible) Outer Skirt Engines: 2 KS-56 "Super Buzzard" engines. Isp 263-299, 669 856.00 N each. (669.856 KN) Sustainer engine: 1 KS-56 "super Buzzard-V" engines. Isp 220-316, 247 040.00 N (247.04 KN) The tank is trivial- If instructions for it get put in the manual, just instruct players to use a Prometheus II-4000 tank. It wasn't meant for it, yes, but the tank looks fine with the skirt, so it should be OK.
  7. @CobaltWolf It's what it takes to get to space the way I fly-I expect it to go really fast. I can see why the atlas was redesigned to its current form. This is really difficult to pull off.
  8. I actually used the Prometheus Tanks- The largest Prometheus 1.875 tank, the 4000, plus an Inon 400. I re engined it as well, the engines were now the Chryslus (?) Polaris engines on the skirt, with the Muo's own Buzzard on the inside, along with Sapphire boosters. staging the skirt when the TWR reaches exactly 2.75 can get 4.55 tons of ore, along with a 2 engined Inon and a 2.5M fairing large enough to hold aid ore, to an Ap of about 75 Km. P.S: what scale did you use to make the rockets? I would like to calculate what the Atlas II should be able to do, what the engines should put out, etc, I got the original numbers from the tank sizes.
  9. It wouldn't, true. Also, I didn't think to look at the roadmap, but it has some AMAZING things on it. Take your time, man. EDIT: My I make a request? Atlas II parts. the Parts currently in the game cannot lift an atlas II payload (4.55 tons, assuming that real life is exactly 1.648x bigger) without some crazy-horse Idea. The article where I got this from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlas_II ANOTHER EDIT: Got one. Really hard though, and it just barely gets to space.
  10. there is a niche, however, that would be cool to fill: a more powerful (~230 Kn) engine with the same efficiency. However, If you're implementing Saturn 1, 1) Thank you, I've been waiting my entire KSP life for that, But 2) The H-1 will do very nicely to fill it. And, as for the instability, My fix was simply adding Dead weight (Ore) to the top.
  11. Confirming what I should have done days ago - The Muo Skirt is fixed. There is now a flipping problem, But that has more to do with 'I put literally nothing in the nose, and I expect to pitch really fast'. Another easily contractable problem is the 'normal' engines being rather weak for making an Muo-Inon rocket, especially the inner engine without the skirt. The solution: use other engines, modify the existing engines configs to put out more thrust, or change one's launching habits to ditch the skirt later.
  12. @CobaltWolf Forgot to say I wondering where the latest Developer Release was... (Sorry for not specifying...)
  13. Excuse me, but I never bothered to ask: Where's the latest release? The latest release, at least as I can see, is BDB 0.10-RC1. Where do you go get newer versions?
  14. @CobaltWolf Pardon my social skills. (I'm new here.) Also, those SCREENSHOTS!! Woah, they are BEAUTIFUL!!!!
  15. Thanks, TRAILS is *just* detailed enough to look good, but not FASA-leveled laggy. And yes, it is called 'Leo'.
  16. The latest dev build AND the Space Dock build both show the same thning. for my mods, I have KER, Insanity Aerospace Parts, Modular Rocket Systems, Fuel Tanks Plus, & Colour Coded Canisters. PS: I have read the Updated Manual. However, there is documentation for a parts collection called 'Leo', part of the 'Vinci'. I do not see a 'Leo' in the latest dev build for 0.10-RC1, or 0.10. The closest thing to the 'Leo' pod is the 'Karrot'. Is the Leo planned to replace the 'Karrot' pod we currently have, or is Leo from another mod?
  17. hello. I've probably used up my good standing here, but I have a minor bug pertaining to the Muo Launcher. When I use the Muo engine skirt, then decouple it, it appears to be caught on the main rocket body. there is no part clipping here, and trying to use the provided 'Retrotrons' to pull it off just slows down the rocket.
  18. Wait, He does? (I never checked...) I'm sorry if I offended you, but I truly love the mod. It is INCREDIBLY useful to have not-laggy versions of real launch systems (BLORGH,FASA,COUGH,HACK,WHEEZE) But, could there be some method of categorisation in the VAB? it is incredibly difficult to find all of the parts to build a rocket. I mean, there's Fenris, Inon, Prometheus, Edon, Alouette, and more, all mashed in between the different parts windows. maybe different manufacturers for the different systems? maybe classification for the tank sizes? I don't know.
  19. I love this mod. But the use of proprietary tank widths are getting to me a bit. (seriously, most of the rockets are proprietary widths. As far as I can tell, the community has agreed on 625 mm, 125 cm, 187.5 cm, 250 cm, 375 cm, and mainly multiples of 125 cm. you have 150 cm, 937 mm, and a whole bunch of different tank sizes I can't recall of the top of my head.) Another alternative: put tabs in the advanced mode for the proprietary tank sizes/rocket systems.that may be more confusing, but as these are basically a couple of separate kits anyway, some would appreciate it.
  20. @KasperVld Question: It doesn't launch 64 bit by default on linux. also, game breaking menu corruption still exists on linux. any solutions?
