  1. In testing saves, those ASMs had serious issues penetrating dual layered armor plate. The structural stress of 2 missiles was able to "crack" or spall the armor, as you detailed earlier. I still have enough missiles available to seriously stress and hopefully spall another 90 ton ship. That, and Centurions might be harder to crack than Caesars.
  2. Where is the weakness of the NX-14? I found one, I think. I'll clear out the debris of Revenant for you.
  3. Try the Cooler Master MegaFlow 200 mm fans then. They should be better than stock for 200 mm, and are the only reputable company that I can see.
  4. I'd recommend the quiet 200 mm air series fans that corsair offers. That's only because Noctua has no 200 mm fans.
  5. I think I know what it is, but I won't say anything. All I will say is that I don't think I could have done anything about it. Also, I cleared out the debris field of the Caesar-class cruiser that you killed. Also, I think that with the armor penetration that was demonstrated, the NX-1's chance of survival if I hit it anywhere else would be low. While the engines may have been the only guaranteed kill, the ship would have been crippled by other hits.
  6. Here you go! About weak armor... 6 i-beams are OP maybe just a little.
  7. The Caesar was in development. It is 2 ship spines spliced together, with no strutting. Also, thanks, you just saved me from serious part count issues. That explains the weakness along the spine.
  8. I use grey ones sos that they don't clash with my black case. I could get corsair air series fans as my led fans if I did need them though.
  9. I'll need a download link. If the standard torps of my Haruna class fighters can't get it and it's under 60 tons, kudos! Also, you could fight me after scriptkitteh and I are done. It would likely be an equal match, and I'd only use my sub 200 part ships(fighters).
  10. I care because I use Noctua nf-s12b fans in my rig, with stock Intel cooler. 1 set is whisper quiet, the other hits 40 dBs.
  11. All of my ships at below 90 tons are also around 300 parts. It's an homage to the posterus and super posterus, really.
  12. They're completely broken. Have you tried armoring against that limpet that goes through your hull with flame? A 10 second burn vaporizes all armor in its path, with lv909s. SRBs are worse.
  13. I currently have a fighter that can unleash a wave of 6 standard i-beams with 8 separatrons. I have hit with every single shot before, and they shred my heavily armored cruisers, as well as puncture Drek 14 style armor. I really don't like how much they increase the weight though... How did you make the pod?
  14. I'll be ready by tomorrow morning east coast time. Don't have access to my desktop till then.
  15. I send a naval destroyer into space after your pawn, and fire a missile at it!
  16. I have 62 ton modern vessels, and 83 ton modern vessels. Since one is very small for a large ship, and the other is a tad large for a small ship, can I use 2 of each and a 25 ton fighter?
  17. I toss a monitor into any build I do now, because its an important addition. If he doesn't need it, than it means that there is extra money that can go toward a CPU upgrade(6600k). Also, there is 1 ram stick there. The cpu cooler is there because anything i5 runs quite hot under stock, and thus I toss in a cooler. Gives an extra $150 if you don't need both, so that is a 960 and 6600k.
  18. I'm ready to fight now, scriptkitteh. Where shall we go?
  19. Hahaha! Fallout 4 is likely something I could max on an i3, but XCOM 2 is extremely CPU bound.
  20. Sure, but thats about $10 more, which outprices him.
  21. Build it yourself. Here is a 1.1 rig. You can find windows 7 for 50 dollars now. 22. I'll fight. What tonnage? I only have a 50 ton ship at the moment.
