Putin during his next press conference: "We need to build a giant, super powerful railgun on the Moon. To defend against the asteroids, of course!" -
The simulation runs into performance issues due to lots of flying dust particles that need to be calculated, rendered and reflected by shiny objects.

Rogozin thanks NASA for the policy of dumping. -
That’s one way to achieve rapid reuse!

What if they needed to abort after lighting the SRBs? Can’t just shut them down. Did the Shuttle have launch clamps that could hold it on the pad with burning SRBs?

Launching early so that the whole world can spectate?

It has almost the same total usable volume as Crew Dragon (and more volume per person) and life support for 3 weeks. It’s used as LEO taxi, but it’s not small (huge compared to Gemini, Mercury, Vostok or Voskhod). If RL made something like Soyuz, maybe even with a single pressurised module, it could easily do long duration flights. As for destinations, well, it can orbit with tourists on its own at first, later bring them to some kind of space hotel. Maybe launch Space Marines from Space Force to some military installations in LEO.

Steel or aluminium. Legs but no grid fins, suggesting that attitude control during landing will be done by RCS and engine gimbal. Seems to be a close competitor to Amur.
-
Only one of them does, and it's unclear if it is able to keep the promise. Things may not work out, and businesses investing too much in ambitious next-gen projects can go bankrupt. You mean human BLEO missions? There's no market for BLEO human spaceflight yet. Will it be a big market if/when it appears? Probably not. But even then, distributed launch and on-orbit assembly of BLEO stacks is an option.
-
Why? Soyuz spacecraft weighs 7.2 tons, and I’ve never heard anyone calling it lightweight. And it was designed as a Moon ship with autonomous flight duration of ~18 days. So, with an 8-ton spacecraft you can do all kinds of missions in LEO, to ISS and other stations, and even assemble a Moon ship by docking with a transfer stage and possibly a lander.

That’s the dumbest pitch for a rocket that can only go to low orbit ever. -
It'd be nice to become a multiplanetary species, but before planning any kind of Mars colonization, let's at least have a crewed landing first. Not sure if colonization is feasable with our current technological level.

In the second video he said “Yeah, sure, SpaceX is perfectly competitive”. In a video called “SpaceX BUSTED”. I don’t think he understands the meaning of the word “busted” very well.

Banana plantations in the Arctic, yes please. Before taking about terraforming Mars, let’s terraform Earth first!

Well, it would be a great jobs program for tens of thousands of engineers and scientists here on Earth.

Better be Milanese architecture. If I was surrounded by space station-looking buildings, I’d become earth-sick really quickly! I remember seeing a better solution than domes somewhere. It was something like a giant inflatable polyethylene mat that is held on tall pillars. It can hold pressure and heat, is relatively transparent, and covers vast living area. Apparently, it’s also easy to repair the holes with glue and duct tape. Water can be pumped inside the mat to protect the people below from radiation. Easy to set up and maintain, unlike the domes. EDIT: Found it: https://caseyhandmer.wordpress.com/2019/11/28/domes-are-very-over-rated/

Ah, the trolley problem. I think it’s always ethical to pull the lever cut off burning modules. But give the people a ~30 second warning, if the loudspeakers are still working. If you didn’t get out in time, you’re probably already dead. If there are working airlocks, either with the outside or between modules, people in space suits can come in and rescue the unlikely survivors.

Air travel hasn’t always been as insanely safe as it is now. We’ll see what SpaceX can do about their safety. How about a VTHL Starship with foldable wings for P2P flights?
-
Probably depends on how many G's can a near-empty Starship tolerate. But theoretically it should be fine with 3 Raptors because orbital Starships will use 3 R-Vacs to reach orbit.

It often has an impact on gameplay, making it more grindy to stimulate players to purchase time-savers and stuff like that. -

Methane/LOX engine RD-169 for Amur-SPG rocket is designed to support up to 300 ignitions, 3 per flight.
