  1. Posting here as well as on the SAP-C page because why not. The Monument is SAP-C's latest addition to their fleet, and its cute! (As long as it doesn't have that Horus in it's mouth.) I got inspired to make a space warship when I waas rewatching Kethane Station, it weighs 69.3 tons and has 256 parts, it has two mini-LFOX missiles stacked on either side, two recycled posterus missiles on the "eyes" and a big 1.25m Horus missile in it's "mouth" at first, with the Horus is will creep enemies out, when it's gone it will distract them with it's cuteness! (Since the shielded docking port has no attatchment nodes, the Horus is attatched onto a cubic strut at first, so decouple node on the first Horus, after reloading it should be fine.) It has four Ion engines and three Nerva engines, allowing it interplanetary A.K.A slow travel, and propulsion and DV when orbiting a plaanet wth the Nerva's. Thanks for looking, here she is.

They're M.I.A, but anyway I'll do it and part 4 either this evening or tomorrow, as right now I'm going crazy with space battleships, but just a reminder if anyone has already forgot part of part 3 2/2, on part 4 Val is gonna go up and (MJ assisted as I can't do it for my life) rendezvous with Malcolm, forming the first part of the station, then station building.

Hello everyone, SAP-C is proud to introduce our latest craft, the Monument-Class Heavy Destroyer, named by Alpha as a "Monument" to my battleship making skills getting better, this craft has two-hundred and fifty-six parts fully armed, and just one-hundred and ninety without, no DL link yet as the 1.25m arnament hasn't been released by us yet, but it has two stacked 0.650m missiles on either side, recycled arnaments from the Posterus at the front and the unreleased missile is a Horus. It has great looks, and without the Horus attatched the front is ADORABLE! Like a happy, cute, evil deadly fish. All arnaments except for the PosterTorps can be replaced, and most of it has double layered armour! Once the Horus is released I will give screens and a DL link. EDIT: Heres a DL link and Album. download Monument-Class Heavy Destroyer Enjoy! Not much compared to the other craft here but it's progress for me! Especially as I remembered to strut it.

  5. See title. I was thinnking this after I saw Duna with EVE, and Venus has a thick clous covering but any water would've evaporated long ago.

  7. I'm interested in this question, Moho isn't tidally locked to Kerbol, so there isn't a side that always faces away from it. But are there any places there that stay cool? Such as the Mohole, does that stay cool? I've been thinking of unorthodox locations to focus on, such as Dres, Pol and Tylo.
  8. Zamo, got any info on the missile pods on your cruiser-carrier? I'm interested. I have an idea to make them basically little mini-fighters, that can detatch and reattatch to the main ship after firing a missile or two at a better distance from the enemy than the main ship.
  9. Panzer, look at Zamovinar's Cruiser-Carrier, I'm trying to replicate and make Tin o' Booms something like those pods.
  10. Yes, must've been a brainfart, the Tin o' Boom itself has Linear RCS Propulsion. A Tin o' Boom is basically a controllable-missile-pod-fighter-thing, where it detatches from the main ship, gets into position and can use it's 4 missiles to wreck havoc, before attatching back to the main ship, well, thats what I'm trying to get it to be.
  11. So just by hyperediting the Oberon into orbit and trying to hit it with it's own stuff, I've found out many things. A: The Tin o' Booms missiles dont have any form of propulsion, must have forgot. B: Creative strutting required. Or else every part of the ship will go randomly until the whole thing breaks apart. C: it doesn't seem to have it's own reaction wheels, SAS is useless. D: I'm the worst shot in the world. E: Did I mention I'm the worst shot in the world?

  13. Awesome, was gonna tell you we needed an anti-capital fighter, is it actualy a boat? I can't decide wether to make a pun on Ra-men or Ra-wr.
  14. Introducing the Weevil-Class Light Destroyer! Named that because it is quite small, it is designed to play a supporting role in a fleet, having a low part count compared to other spacecraft manufactured by SAP-C, it has four Ion engines, powered by a bounty of Xenon Gas, four RTG's and four solar panels. It also has four Nerva Engines, for when you're not doing interplanetary transfers, and they have an awesome podded engine design, using Aerodynamic Nose Cones! There are no arnaments on it yet, so I'd be happy for you all to reccommend some weapons for it. This craft follows my main rule of Form > Function, meaning while this thing may not be the most important craft in a fleet, it looks good, by George! Enough blabbering on though, here she is!
