What does database reloading mean? Because I hit a button and my KSP is stuck at database reloading 80% and all of the stock parts have ceased to exist.

OMG, best mod ever. I have so many ideas of what diffrent parts could do when damaged. The commnad pods- I would suggest having monoprop leak ( if present), Maybe theres a certain amount of time delay to get out of the command pod after pressing EVA. Wings- Not as effective, throws of center of lift based on where it got hit. Solar panels- Not as effective. Batteries - Makes it take longer to charge based on damage. And more! These are just my suggestions. Keep working on this blessed mod. This has a chance of becoming stock someday...

I would like the ability to sort mods by what version of ksp the newest updates is for. i.e. I could type in 1.0.5 in the search bar and only see mods that work with 1.0.5 EDIT: oops didn't look hard enough.

So I have been playing Ksp for a while now and I would like to know how you go about making a mod! I know that programming language is C#. But need to know how to code C#! Also what is the recommended modeling software for parts? Because the only modeling software I know how to use is Autodesk pro and Google sketch-up. So basically I need a idiots guide to making a mod for KSP.
