Jool has no surface, so it is impossible to land on it. It does have a thick atmosphere made of something green, and a huge core thought to be made of krakenium.
You can land with the same equipment you'd use to land on Kerbin (maybe a little more ablator in the heat shields). Getting back, on the other hand...that is not a task to be taken lightly.

When you feel uncomfortable putting exclamation points after numbers to indicate excitement. 1! and 2! are fine, but anything larger than that...how to do it? This also applies to punctuation in general, it feels weird putting a period after 1.1.3, but it feels weirder if I don't and then have to start a new sentence!

Well, I'll see the Smithsonian (or as much of it as is practical), the Capitol, the big important monuments, the National Archives place where they have those big pieces of parchment that are kind of historic...and of course the Independence Day parades and fireworks. Though it's sure to be a whole lot of fun, I still think I'll be ready to launch a few rockets by the time I get home.
2, although if one of them accidentally finds a box of Snacks instead of a fresh lightbulb they'll forget about it for a whole day.
