I agree that wheels and landing legs got seriously borked with the 1.1 update. However, while annoying, it doesn't make the game unplayable to me. I'd much rather work around the awkward wheel physics for a while than go back to having enough time during loading to solve my 5x5. Also, if @regex could enlighten us on what wizardry allows his wheels to cooperate, I would much appreciate it.

I've actually found it simpler to reach orbit of Earth in Realism Overhaul than Kerbin, because Earth's atmosphere is so much 'shorter' relative to the surface. On Kerbin, I can never achieve a perfect, circular orbit in less than two burns. I can often do much better with Earth because it's atmosphere is so tight to the surface relative to Kerbin. Of course, that's with a little prior knowledge on gravity turns, which was learned on Kerbin. It would be interesting to have two friends, neither of which play KSP, each try to get to orbit, one on Kerbin and another on Earth, and see which one does better.

I can relate to this...

I often spin my craft during reentry, but I haven't noticed any effect on how fast it slows down. The reason I do it is it keeps the Mystery GooTM canisters attached radially to the pod from overheating.

Fart Sounds Mod: Every sound in the game is replaced by a fart sound. Optional Chatterer addition replaces all Chatterer sounds with fart noises as well. Includes a bonus Kopernicus gas planet: Yureynus! Yureynus is brown and has two moons: Trd and Pupe. All three have significant amounts of methane in their atmospheres. The moons seem to be covered in some kind of sticky brown mud. I hate myself... Edit: Woo! 500 rep!

For the longest time I didn't know you could name quicksaves with alt+F5 and choose a particular one with alt-F9. Also the thing where you can hold Alt while for fine rotation in the VAB. And I only learned that Backspace focuses on the current vessel in map view a few days ago. There's a lot of obscure commands like that that I never even think of until someone tells me about it or I see someone else do it.

Granted, but people try to add way too much stuff and when the ship tries to do the transfer burn it wobbles out of control and explodes. I wish for a weather balloon.
