For some reason my game crashes when running with Interstellar Extended, I'm using RSS so is it not compatible with it or something ?
Also sometimes it gets stuck on a loading screen.

Whenever I try loading the Shuttle craft from the download it wont load because it says it's missing "STSOrbiter"

The crafts in the download for some reason don't work all of them are locked or invalid parts.

With it having an arm attached I feel like it could help with docking.

That sounds like you're missing a command pod/probe core. Is this during a simulation or an actual launch (build -> timewarp -> rollout -> launch)? I highly suggest grabbing the log file (read the following post, it contains the log file locations and other info I'll need) and uploading it somewhere so I can view it. Without the log I can pretty much only guess at things, so you'll have to be thorough with your reproduction steps.
Edit: Regarding your edit: was Jeb actually in a command pod? The hitchhiker module and several mod parts don't provide the ModuleCommand module. I'm pretty sure KCT doesn't warn about missing a control source.
It's mainly built out of CxAerospace parts.

I installed this mod but it wont let me launch or toggle RCS or SAS on at all while on the launch pad.
Help ??
EDIT:
I just tried it with my Antares w/ Cygnus replica which is unmanned I can launch and turn on RCS and SAS but the one I was launching before was a station with only Jeb in it as the pilot.
Don't know the problem.

The Klockheed Martian thread was locked by request of Raidernick but last edited the Original Post on December 3rd so maybe he is working on upgrading it to 1.0.5 and just wanted the thread locked till then.

To sum it up I think someone should make a part pack or a whole mode featuring probes from the past present and possibly future !
I would create a mod like this if I had the abilities to do so.
Whoever creates it could make parts for the New Horizons,Voyager 1,Juno etc. to make these amazing probes.

I get what you're wanting, it seems like a cool and simple mod but I don't believe I've found anything before when I was looking for this type of mod.

2) ScanSat likes to have the Community Ressource Pack (adds resource definitions and ScanSat can then scan for them). Optional.

6) It seems you had RemoteTech installed. It tries to load RT stuff several times without success.
7) Another part problem

8) I couldn't find out the cause of the crash. It could be any of the points mentioned before. Or a KSP bug. Or a Unity bug.
Seriously you should clean up your save and fix the errors in your installed mods. Currently it's impossible to find out if they are the source for the crash.

1. I reinstalled Kopernicus
2. Already have CRP but I reinstalled it to be safe
3. Those contracts are from a pack that added in the V2 rocket and others it was for FASA I'm pretty sure but FASA or that contract pack is installed anymore so idk why it would still do that
4. I had Snacks and USI's Life Support running so I removed USI's to see if that will fix it
5. I think Better Crew Assignment doesn't recognize that part which is a cupola
6. I did have it installed but I removed it.
7. Not sure about that one
When you say to clean up my save what exactly do you mean or how should I clean it up ?

In the cfg you can found them at KSP/GameData/CMES/Structural/Kosmos_Balka_1_Tunnel There is 3 cfg to edit there at lease, I think them are the ones you are looking for and it's the cfg part - Copy - Copy

I cant launch the EMLV III - Deep Space Habitat because it says the part "Chaka / Crew Tunnel MTV" is locked, I know you can easily edit the configuration of the part to be unlocked but I can't find it in the files.
Please help thank you.

If I try launching it will say something about like LARS docking module I think missing and kraken.
I have everything on the tech tree unlocked.
I installed everything that came in the download on this page btw.
