  1. I'm on Y4 Day 288, and I started this save when 1.1 came out. I have a pretty big station around Kerbin (About 100 tons) and a base on Minmus. I've sent probes and to Moho, Eve, Duna and Dres, with one on the way to Jool. I have about 45 flights in progress. (28 of those are probes) And 68 debris I am definitely a time juggler, and I tend to take things very slow. (Not a single Kerbal has left Kerbin's SOI yet, but that also has to do with the fact that I have USI LS)
  2. My biggest success was probably my first Duna landing. It was the first time I sent a kerbal interplanetary, and I got him back with less than 10 m/s to spare. I don't remember much else except for that the mission was direct. (one vehicle throughout the whole mission) Since then I've landed on evey other planet except for Tylo and Eve, but surprisingly I only went back to Duna once. I plan on doing a huge mission to Duna in hard mode and with UKS and USI LS.
  3. I've experimented around with it. Launched a couple rockets, but I haven't had much time to really go in depth into it. But I program quite a lot and I'm relatively good at it, so I don't think I'll have much trouble.
  4. Yeah it does work in 1.1.3, you just need to install Sigma Dimension manually. I don't know if anyone's made a delta v map yet, but I might consider making one.
  5. The colors have been taking more time than I though they would, so I decided to take a break and release a different update. Changelog: Added scaling! In the settings.cfg file there is only one parameter called scale, change this to the number you want it to scale by. Added support for RemoteTech. Kerbin now has multiple ground station scattered about. (Note: Since Remote tech doesn't handle scaling well, I've included Configs for 2x, 4x, 5x, 8x, and 10x you can switch to the one you want by going in to the presets tab in the RemoteTech menu.) Added support for KSCSwitcher. I've added different sites to launch from just like RSS. Added Laythe back. Tweaked the atmosphere of Marcx and adjusted the orbits of Proxi and Deedi. Color will come soon. (Or at least some of them)
  6. Currently, I have made no changes to the ISP of engines that use Finazine, and I'm not planning on it, but Engines that use Hydranepsin have an increased ISP.
  7. Fourian Fuel Systems overhauls the fuel in the game by replacing the generic LiquidFuel and Oxidizer to three different fuel types modeled after real world fuels. Kerbolene + Ozonate: Kerbolene is based on Kerosene (hence the name Kerbolene) and Ozonate is based on Liquid Oxygen. (Fun fact: Ozone is a real world oxidizer that's stronger than O2) This fuel mixture is used mainly in lower stage engines for lifting heavy objects. Kerbolene is also used as jet fuel. Finazine + Oxide: Finazine is based on Aerozine 50 which is a mixture of Dimazine (AKA unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine) and Hydrazine, and Oxide is based on dinitrogen tetroxide. This mixture is used in upper stages and in vacuum. It is also denser than Kerbolene + Ozonate, so tanks for it will be smaller. Hydranepsin + Ozonate: Hydranepsin is based on Liquid Hydrogen, which is a fuel used in the Space Shuttle and the upper stages of the Saturn V. It is less dense than the other fuels so the tanks for it will need to be pretty big. Download on Spacedock Interstellar Fuel Switch (Required) Source on Github MIT License Notes: The LV-N uses Hydranepsin. Non-supported mods will work, except all the engines will all use Kerbolene + Ozonate. The tanks will work as they should though. This is a WIP mod, I plan to add much more in the future. Planned Features: Compatibility for mods. Better tank switching. More complex resource harvesting. More Fuel Types? More detail on this thread.
  8. Actually, Kerbol would be classified as a brown dwarf, which is not a planet nor a star.
  9. This is amazing! Why did they not implement this?
  10. I'm trying to do this: @volume = #$../RESOURCE[Kerbolene]/maxAmount$ And it says this in the log: [LOG 19:34:41.286] [ModuleManager] Error - Cannot parse variable search when editing key volume = #$../RESOURCE[Kerbolene]/maxAmount$ I don't understand, any help? Edit: Mods, can you move this to the Help and Support subforum please?
  11. Doesn't that make Dres a class 30?
  12. I'm so glad you could come here and spread some love.
  13. I've been confused about this for a long time. How does the lightcolor parameter work? It never ends up making the atmosphere the color you want, is there a way to control of color of the atmosphere?
  14. 2/10. I've seen you a couple times.
  15. If I were you I would, but I would make sure there is a transfer window to Dres in the time of your jool spacecraft's journey. Dres windows happen every 2 years 143 days, with the first one occurring on year 1 day 400
  16. I will do this. It should, I'm on vacation so I can't test it, but as long as module manager has been updated to 1.1.3, then this should work.
  17. I just started a career mode game a couple days ago, so year 1. I've already landed a kerbal on Minmus. (Well technically I landed two, but the engine broke on landing the first time, and the Kerbal ran out of supplies before the rescue mission arrived. RIP Tombart)
  18. You can do that by changing the ratios in the cfg file, but I think I'll implement a settings file.
