Greetings, fellow kerbs! Today, I would like to present to you my fully-stock, 116-part, hopefully not disappointing, dinosaur "replica!" In addition to being a wonderful dinosaur replica, it makes a splendid rover, although it gets *slightly* unstable at speeds over 15 m/s. NOTES: Not a high battery capacity, in addition to being rather unwieldy means that Hyperedit may be recommended to getting it to location (unless you don't leave the runway.) Comes with integrated parachutes and self-destruct systems! Download: KERBAL-X Everyone, enjoy!

Why don't you use ping pong balls? Their plastic is actually highly flammable! Oh, and about gasoline. The most powerful single-chambered rocket engine ever built, the F-1, ran off of RP-1 and oxidizer. RP-1 is refined petroleum, aka gasoline! Yes, but you forget gravity! Any planet that has that much of a chunk taken out of it will be rounded after millions of years. Perhaps the best "broken planet" I've seen in KSP is Leouch from the New Horizons pack. -

Hello. Why not make a moon the size of Gilly (please make it look better ) that orbits quite close to Mir. Now, what would make it interesting? How about being covered with thin mountain ranges (or deep canyons, depending on your perspective) that would give a beautiful view of Mir from the top of, but not much interesting from the valleys. POSSIBLE NAMES: Ridgas Lenpol Anything else you come up with. -

Suggestions for Making Planet Textures

This is exactly what I need! I have absolutely no idea how to make textures other than gas giants. -
Eventually I might make another moon for Veras, but currently it is V 0.05, and I have to implement stuff in segments. In fact, right now, I can't make a decent planet texture. There are lots of mods out there that have cfgs that undo Eeloo moving, download those!

Greetings everyone! I would like to present my planet pack, or rather, planet without a pack. Veras! Right now, Veras is the only body added by the pack. Eeloo was moved, though! Not one in particular, but here's a whole slew of names for planets in general: Monpact Mors Phedas Laticslo (Anagram of Callisto, which also has a bunch of craters!) Perijut (Anagram of Jupiter) Unla (Anagram of Luna) -

Hello again! Solyth needs moons now, I see! What about one with lots of craters on one side and a sheet of ice on the other. The impacts would keep the ice from solidifying on the cratered side, and perhaps one missed, destroying life on Solyth? -

With great joy I present the Quad-Island Hopping Challenge! The challenge itself: Land on all four of the KSC islands in the shortest in-game time with the largest craft; that is, the four islands off the coast of the KSC. Please return to the KSC once you have landed on all of the islands. Jets or rocket planes are acceptable. Please present your submission as an Imgur album or a video. In the case of the album, please provide a screenshot on each island and back at KSC. Realizing that my computer is strange, please show the mission clock at KSC landing, or F3. The mass of your craft is also required. Points will be calculated with this formula: Points = mass (kg) / time (sec) Any feedback is appreciated! Leaderboard: (Highest Score per Competitor) @michal.don - 120.7 points @Dfthu - 114.6 points @Scarecrow - 71.5 points @JebsDead - 67.7 points @Caithloki - 8.9 points @Daeridanii - 5.2 points Rules: No Hyperedit or F12 may be used during the challenge. It's all right to have Hyperedit installed, I use it for testing too. No VTOLs. This shall be defined as any craft with a stationary thrust vector of less than -10 degrees. This may be subject to change in the future.
