i was wondering if somone can help me locate the cunfig file for the isru refrigerator where (solarwind makes hydrogen),,, its not in the cunfig file, so where is it

i just installed intersteller and fuel to 1.3.1 ,,,, but!!!! when i went to install fuel switch its telling me to over write files,, when did that start???
