Mole is a bit unique in some of its contracts however I already made a patch for those. I did it as 2 separate files. They could be added into one file I just added experiments as I found them.

@nightingale Fell free to use my excludes for Angel125's mods if you want (Mostly Mole and I think one or 2 was pathfinder/buffalo.)

Or if that' s too much work to start FS as inactive by default? (or have a small cfg so users can choose what they want).

And yeah. They are also of the nasty type (from the MM cache)

However… This is on me. The default TweakScale patches for the Mark IV System is to be blamed on this one. My apologies, I should had checked my own patches for wildcards earlier, I completely missed that.
Since this is the nasty kind of problem, I suggest you to bluntly delete "MarkIVSystem_TweakScale.cfg" from GameData/TweakScale/patches folder. As long you are not scaling any Mark IV parts, you will be fine - but, as always, backup your savegames. It's easier to salvage things before they are broken. The Mark IV parts will be the first I will fix and I will post the corrected file here.

Don't know if this helps but I am also getting some errors from Tweakscale. That bad ones are from mk4cockpit-shoulder-1 to -3 Part of near future space planes.

I tried Science Alert in 1.7.1 and kerbin and my ship vanished map view would only show empty space.
Also when I reverted my rover it was semi transparent and I could see the stars inside of it. I did try using some landing legs and was able to drive around with the rover on kerbin without The world vanishing. Most of the time if I move my ship all the planets and vanished.

I keep forgetting to post that I made a fix for this so it don't conflict with the Field Science contracts. Here is my code. Just make a CFG file inside the gamedata folder. This will make Field Science ignore it for contracts.

@JadeOfMaar I think I have tried everything I can think of at my end. I am only getting the problem with engines in the MOLE mod. Its still usable in Classic Stock but I get the flow overlay bug in All the other modes I have tried. (Did not try the light mode) CRP and Pristine both seem to cause the error for me. Only Module Manager is installed with MOLE right now. Deleting template files and Partdatabse.CFG had no change and all the files are validated in steam.
This all started for me in 1.4.5 then seemed to fix its self. In 1.5.1 it came back and hasn't worked since then. I'll just run in classic Stock and wait for the hotfix and see if it starts working again.

Those didn't seem to fix my errors in CRP mode. Classic stock does seem to work as long as I don't use alternate fuel. Is there a recommended mode I should use till the bug get fixed to avoid any errors?

@Angel-125 I wanted to let you know CRP mods seems to be broken. If I use any fuel tank with like the fulcrum engine then right click it, the menu spams Flow Overlay button on the right click menu then breaks the menu.
Is this mode even supported at all now? I assume it has to do with the new fuel types added to mole engines and the fuel tanks.
Classic Stock mode also seems to have problems with mole engines. The corvette, Hemi Cuda, and Fulcrum engines using Raptium or Propellium fuels.

Its not in the "Science parts" its one of the functions of making a small base. digging some of the soil up for that biome and doing some research on it. Yes I have pathfinder and all of Angel125's other mods installed.

From what I have deduced, or what I find after eliminating the obvious, is that there is at least one item that will collect "biome research" as an experiment rather than completing an experiment within a particular biome, which as you know is the norm (as in the latter). However, I am at a loss as to the identity of the item (as a part) in question. In the interim of waiting for a viable response, I will dig through the .cfg files to see if it indicates any insight accordingly.

If you have the pathfinder mod installed it might be one of the science parts from that mod. I think you have to build a small base to research the biome.

The LFKA_Jet_TurboFan_01.CFG and LFKA_Jet_Radial_01.CFG both have the line:
name = LFKA_Jet_Radial_01
This is making duplicate entries in the tech tree.

DIRT (Drop in Replacement Textures) Works good if you just want a skybox.

I suggest you try uninstalling all Wild Blue mods, and removing WBIPlayMode from your GameData folder. If that still doesn't fix the problem then I don't know what the cause is. You'll have to manually rename the files yourself.
I still have a few options that need testing. I might have to run through my list of mods and dependencies and just use the files your mods need to work in a save and start moving stuff over till it breaks.

Had to uninstall from my game my menus for contracts and mods in the VAB and SPH vanished and an engine (The engine was from JDSA Electric engines) kept showing up every time I opened the sph. Seems to be some kind of mod incompatibility with a mod or something Couldn't see any errors in the log so I got no clue.
